Cleveland at Boston – 7:00 on TNT
The SportsGrid model has Jayson Tatum going under his posted total of 27.5 points and only scoring 24 in a projected Celtics win, but that is the only 5-star under in sight for this game, as the model has strong plays on several others going over. Valuable guard Derrick White’s total is 16.5 points, and the SportsGrid model has White projected to score just shy of 20 points on the night (19.9).
Bench player Sam Hauser has become an excellent spot-up three-point shooter, yet his total is only 6.5 points. The SportsGrid model has Hauser putting in 10.3 points, easily going over his total. Switching over to the Cleveland Cavaliers, SportsGrid’s model has Max Strus banging in 11.4 points. A five-star projection of Strus going over his total of 9.5 points and star guard Donovan Mitchell continuing his stellar play and going over his total of 28.5 points. Those are all five-star plays for tonight’s game.

Dallas at Oklahoma City – 9:30 on TNT
The Oklahoma City Thunder are young, but the lack of playoff experience did not bother them as they dismantled the New Orleans Pelicans to advance to this matchup with the Dallas Mavericks. The SportsGrid model has a five-star play on versatile guard Josh Giddey, who is going over his posted total of 11.5 points, with Giddey projected to put in 13.8 points in Game 1. The Thunder have many talented athletes to throw at the Mavericks, and the SportsGrid model singled out reserve Aaron Wiggins to exceed his posted total of 5.5 points and go over.
Kyrie Irving and the Mavericks have improved drastically on the defensive end over the past few months and have the seventh-best defensive efficiency numbers in the league over the final 30 games. Irving is going to be locked in on Tuesday night as one of the primary defenders against the electric Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, and the SportsGrid model has a five-star play on SGA going under his posted total of 28.5 points as the final five-star play for the evening.
