Legs 1 & 2: Anthony Edwards 25+ Points, 4+ Rebounds
Anthony Edwards led the Timberwolves in Game 1, dropping 33 points with six assists and nine rebounds. We’ve seen how home teams have dominated the postseason thus far, so we have no reason to believe that Edwards and the Wolves won’t carry over their dominant Game 1 showing. I’m comfortable running it back for him to have at least 25 points and four rebounds.
Leg 3: Mike Conley 5+ Assists
Mike Conley had seven assists in Game 1. Knowing that the Wolves shouldn’t have to change much, Conley should relish the role of the primary facilitator once again.
Leg 4: Rudy Gobert 12+ Rebounds
Rudy Gobert grabbed 16 rebounds in Game 1 and had 27 rebound chances. With 27 rebound chances, we should be safe with our 12-rebound tout here.
Leg 5: Kevin Durant 25+ Points
Kevin Durant had a 31-point Game 1 outing, and with the Suns down 0-1 in the series, they’ll need every bit of his 31-point showing and then some. In my eyes, the only way this doesn’t cash is if Devin Booker goes nuclear, and KD sits back and allows him to lead the way.
Leg 6: Bradley Beal 4+ Assists
Bradley Beal led the team in assists in Game 1 with six and had ten potential assists. The Suns should have enough offense for Beal to rack up four assists.
Leg 7: Jusuf Nurkic 8+ Rebounds
Jusuf Nurkic only had four rebounds in Game 1, but for the Suns to have a chance to win this game, they’ll need more from him on the glass. He had 12 rebound chances in the end, showing his potential upside. With our final leg, we trust that Nurkic will perform better.
