The Lakers return home for Game 7, looking to clean up their turnovers, get more from their reserves and slow down Scottie Barnes.

Lakers vs. Raptors: Three things to watch as L.A. looks to bounce back

The last time these two teams faced off back on March 11 at the Intuit Dome, the Clippers tamed the Timberwolves, scoring a season-high 153 points in their 153-128 victory. More importantly, that victory put them above .500 for the first time since Oct. 31, becoming the only team in NBA history to go above .500 after falling 15 games below that mark in the same season. This time around however yielded a much different result. After a sluggish first quarter and a poor finish to the first half, the Clippers could only cut the deficit down to as many as eight on two separate occasions in the second half.

Clippers collapse in late-stage surge to Timberwolves on the road

Luka Dončić scored 37 points in his return, but the Lakers could not protect a commanding early lead in a 112-95 loss at Golden State.

The draft is officially in the rearview mirror, July is staring us right in the face, and 2026 NBA Free Agency is about to trigger absolute open-market anarchy. Under the new CBA's utterly ruthless second-apron luxury tax rules, this summer isn't just about handing out massive bags—it’s a high-stakes corporate survival matrix where one bad contract can completely paralyze a franchise's flexibility for a half-decade. We bypassed the standard agent-driven PR fluff and empty social media rumors to build the ultimate, advanced-analytics valuation ledger, ranking the top 55 free agent assets on the market. From first-ballot iconic legends looking to anchor title-ready systems, to ascending young role players hunting for maximum long-term security, we audit pure on-court utility. Check out our definitive offseason big board to see where the market's premier dominos are projected to fall before the madness begins.
