With the 2026-27 salary cap set at $164.96 million and the second apron locking in at $221.69 million, mismanaging aging stars or injury-prone max players leads to frozen draft picks and total roster paralysis. We audit cap sheets across the league to rank the 10 most toxic contracts in the NBA right now. Check out our full financial power rankings.
