1. Billy Edwards, QB, Maryland
Someone had to throw the ball to Tai Felton, and that was Billy Edwards. The Maryland quarterback was spectacular in the 50-7 win over UConn. He completed 20-of-27 passes for 311 yards and two touchdowns. He also added 39 rushing yards on five carries.

5. Josaiah Stewart, DE, Michigan
Michigan’s defense was dominant in a 30-10 win over Fresno State, led by defensive end Josaiah Stewart. He had five tackles, three tackles for loss, and two sacks.
