Buffalo Bulls vs. No. 23 Northern Illinois Huskies (-13.5)
Two weeks ago, the Northern Illinois Huskies shocked the college football landscape by winning outright on the road in Notre Dame. This will be the first time we've seen them in action since, and we're not banking on a let down spot. The Huskies are miles better than Buffalo offensively, and they've also held their opponents to jus 14.5 points per game. Sure, it's a small sample size, but this Huskies team means business. If you aren't familiar with this group, maybe another strong showing will enlighten the masses.
Best Bet: Huskies -13.5 (-102)
No. 12 Utah Utes (-1.5) vs. No. 14 Oklahoma State Cowboys
There's plenty of merit to look in both directions of this important Week 4 clash between Utah and Oklahoma State. The stakes are high with the expanded 12-team College Football Playoff, and these teams know it. It's been a strange start to the year for Cowboys running back Ollie Gordon II. I don't expect him to continue rushing for under four yards per carry. Despite the Utes being a tough task defensively, this is a spot where Gordon II can change the game and make his mark.
Best Bet: Cowboys +1.5 (-112)
No. 11 USC Trojans (-4.5) vs. No. 18 Michigan Wolverines
What a wild ride it's been following the line for this game. The line opened during the offseason with Michigan favored by nearly double-digits, and the market has completely shifted, which saw USC get up to -8 on some sportsbooks. As we get closer to kick off, the line is moving back in favor of Michigan, which has the visiting Trojans billed as 4.5-point road favorites. Despite what we've seen at times offensively from USC this year, I'm not buying them being able to dictate the pace on offense, and the line movement is indicative of that.
Best Bet: UNDER 44.5 (-120)

No. 6 Tennessee Volunteers (-6.5) vs. No. 15 Oklahoma Sooners
It's hard to pick a side in this big SEC matchup because I truthfully don't believe that the Tennessee Volunteers have been really tested yet. Heading on the road to Oklahoma won't be easy, but the Volunteers are the better team. The Sooners have struggled in key spots with their offensive line, and really haven't been able to turn out explosive plays on a consistent basis. The Volunteers pass rush will be the star, and we already know what Nico Iamaleava is capable of under center.
Best Bet: Volunteers -6.5 (-118)
Charlotte 49ers vs. Indiana Hoosiers (-28.5)
All of the trends in this spot are pointing toward a big Indiana Hoosiers win at home in Week 4. We're not about to try and get cute in this spot. The Hoosiers are trending positively on both sides of the football, and the Charlotte 49ers leave a lot to be desired. The Hoosiers pulling away in the second half and putting together a 30-point victory is very much in play here.
Best Bet: Hoosiers -28.5 (-110)
