16. Mississippi State Bulldogs
There's reason to believe things might be turning around with Mississippi State, but Rome wasn't built in a day. Five-star quarterback prospect Jackson Arnold has had some early growing pains for Brent Venables program. It's hard to be confident in what this program is doing in 2024. Just when our confidence was at an all-time low with the Sooners, they go out and smoke Alabama in Week 13. Who saw that coming?

10. Vanderbilt Commodores
Clark Lea's group have been better than expected, and picked up a monster victory in Week 6 by defeating the Alabama Crimson Tide. Keeping things close against Texas was once again a step in the right direction, but a blowout loss to South Carolina didn't help. Regardless, you have to like the direction this program might be headed in.

Does anyone want to win this conference?
