1. Caleb Williams - USC
We're not going off on a limb in our suggestion that Caleb Williams is the top quarterback in this draft class. Williams is the complete package, and we'd be surprised if he's not starting for the Chicago Bears in 2024.

30. Davius Richard - NC Central
Davius Richard showed some positive growth during his time at NC Central. Richard posted a strong 21 to 4 touchdown to interception ratio, and combined that with 2,177 passing yards in 2023.
29. Michael Hiers - Samford
Michael Hiers showed promise during his time at Sanford. It's hard to put everything together when you're consistently facing high-end competition, but Hiers can sling the football, and creates an intriguing late draft option.
28. Gerry Bohanon - South Florida
Gerry Bohanon has the athletic skills at quarterback that teams in the NFL covet. Bohanon brings elite athleticism, and that makes him a prospect worth watching as the draft approaches.
27. Jason Brown - JSU
Jason Brown has quick feet and solid arm strength, paired with a strong football IQ. It's hard to get a complete read on what he will bring at the next level, but his story isn't finished yet.
26. Tyler Buchner - Alabama
Although his time at Alabama didn't go how he woud have liked, there are still some pro-quality traits Tyler Buchner brings that NFL teams should be interested in. Buchner is solid in the pocket but needs better decision-making.
25. Jeremy Moussa - Florida A&M
The arm talent continues to be a real threat for Jeremy Moussa. The biggest concerns surrounding this QB prospect currently revolve around his footwork and how the ball comes out of his hand.
24. Grant Gunnell - Sam Houston State
Grant Gunnell brings a nice dual-threat element to the table as a quarterback out of Sam Houston. He has the size to intrigue teams, but there are questions about whether he can jump to the next level.
23. Brennan Armstrong - NC State
With the way the NFL is currently trending, it's never bad when the first words out of your mouth about a quarterback prospect are that they boast high athletic tendencies. That's precisely the case with Brennan Armstrong from NC State.
22. Tanner Mordecai - Wisconsin
Even though the numbers weren't overly impressive, there's some strong tape on Tanner Mordecai, which highlights his athletic ability in the pocket. Seeing a team take a shot on him late won't be a surprise.
21. Emory Jones - Cincinnati
If you're willing to be patient with Emory Jones, this quarterback prospect has some upside when you factor in his athletic makeup. Don't be surprised if a team loves his athleticism and takes a flier on him.
20. Spencer Sanders - Ole Miss
Kicking off the top 20 is Spencer Sanders. The upside is there for Sanders as a dual-threat quarterback, but it's fair to wonder if his football IQ and arm will ever make him appealing enough to reach his potential ceiling in the NFL.
19. Phil Jurkovec - Pittsburgh
Phil Jurkovec has the talent but has yet to put things fully together at the collegiate level. Will a team be willing to use a late selection on the potential that they can make him eventually pop at the next level?
18. Kurtis Rourke - Ohio
Kurtis Rourke has the size and arm strength that make him a legitimate NFL prospect. Teams are looking for the next Josh Allen type of quarterback, and a prospect like Rourke is certainly worth a potential selection because of that.
17. Collin Schlee - UCLA
Collin Schlee has the football IQ and athleticism that make him a worthwhile NFL prospect. Some doubt whether his skillset will translate to the NFL, but he's worthy of being selected as a Day 3 pick.
16. Devin Leary - Kentucky
There's a lot to like about Devin Leary, especially how polished he already looks with his overall game. His accuracy and timely release helps him standout as a potential NFL quarterback down the line.
15. Carter Bradley - South Alabama
Carter Bradley has a nice combination of speed and athleticism, which showed out well during his tenure at South Alabama. There's questionable upside with this player because of that, but his ceiling isn't overly high.
14. Taulia Tagovailoa - Maryland
Taulia Tagovailoa has the physicality and mobility you like a quarterback to have. He makes some questionable decisions with the football and needs to work on his overall arm strength, but it's not something that overly hinders him.
13. Kedon Slovis - BYU
There's certainly been mixed reviews on Kedon Slovis as an NFL quarterback prospect. We're likely more bullish on him compared to other outlets because of his overall accuracy and high football IQ.
12. Austin Reed - Western Kentucky
Austin Reed has good technique and strong accuracy, which make him appealing to us in this range of quarterbacks. He's not going to blow you away with his skillet, but there are unique traits that can make him pop to a team.
11. Jordan Travis - Florida State
If it weren't for the devastating injury that ended his season, there's a good chance we're discussing Jordan Travis inside the top ten. Travis is great in the pocket and has the mobility needed to be successful at the next level.
10. Spencer Rattler - South Carolina
If Spencer Rattler wanted to move up our draft board, he needed to test well. Rattler didn't stand out, which was his chance to show the athleticism many are excited about. As a result, he dropped in our rankings.
9. Sam Hartman - Notre Dame
Sam Hartman does many things right, including throwing a tremendous deep ball. It was a mixed bag for Hartman at the NFL Scouting Combine, leading to him hovering around the same area he was initially in.
8. Michael Pratt - Tulane
Michael Pratt cracked our top ten as a Senior out of Tulane, and our opinion of him hasn't been swayed. Pratt's arm strength remains an issue, leading to him dropping one spot in our rankings.
7. Joe MIlton III - Tennessee
You probably live under a rock if you didn't see the clip of Joe Milton III throwing a deep ball at the NFL Scouting Combine. The combine highlighted his athleticism, but it's hard to change your opinion about a player after seeing so much tape already.
6. Bo Nix - Oregon
All Bo Nix did in college was win football games, which wouldn't change no matter how he performed at the NFL Scouting Combine. Nix will be an exciting prospect to follow. Some teams will have a first-round grade on him, while others see him as a middle-round QB.

5. Michael Penix Jr. - Washington
After the top three, the quarterback rankings become more challenging. Michael Penix Jr. had a strong showing at the NFL Scouting Combine, only solidifying his original placement on our list. His strong arm and accuracy aren't going anywhere.

4. Drake Maye - North Carolina
With the pro-style traits that Drake Maye brings, you can understand why many are excited about him at the next level. That didn't change over the weekend, and he's still a top quarterback in this draft class for us.
SportsGrid Big Board No. 15 Overall
3. J.J. McCarthy - Michigan
J.J. McCarthy had a solid collegiate career with the Michigan Wolverines, ending with a national championship. Some still wonder about his overall ceiling, and although he came in heavier than some expected, there are still concerns about what he'll be at the next level.

2. Jayden Daniels - LSU
After winning the Heisman trophy, some will be higher on Jayden Daniels than others. The tools are there for Daniels to be a dynamic quarterback at the next level. Will that be for the New England Patriots, or will he unseat Drake Maye at second overall?
