Tennessee Titans
Tennessee Titans Regular Season Wins 2024-25
Over 6.5 (+104), Under 6.5 (-128)
The Tennessee Titans finished last place in the AFC South standings the previous year. Between a quarterback carousel that ended with rookie Will Levis under center and inconsistent play on defense, the Titans finished the year looking to make drastic changes. As a result, the Titans fired head coach Mike Vrabel and brought in an offensive mind in Brian Callahan. In addition, Ran Carthon went all out and signed Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd to pair alongside DeAndre Hopkins. Tennessee even brought in Tony Pollard to replace the loss of Derrick Henry. But that wasn’t all Cathron did; Tennessee managed to trade for star cornerback L’Jarius Sneed and standout linebacker Ernest Jones and sign both former Seahawk safeties Jamal Adams and Quandre Diggs. With the confidence Cathron has in his squad, it would be an utter disappointment if the team can’t win more than seven games. However, looking good on paper doesn’t win games, especially since the majority of the additions all come with injury concerns.

AFC South Win Total Predictions
The AFC South is a division on the rise. With each team eyeing the postseason, the first step will be battling it out for a division title. Here are predictions for how each team will fare in the upcoming season.
Houston Texans
Houston Texans Regular Season Wins 2024-25
Over 9.5 (-144), Under 9.5 (+118)
The Houston Texans shocked the world last year and made the postseason just one season into the C.J. Stroud era. Considering their success last year, Nick Caserio went all in during the offseason on both sides of the ball, with headlining additions of Stefon Diggs, Joe Mixon, and Danielle Hunter among the top names. On paper, the Texans have a squad that can compete for a championship, not just the division. Behind a healthy Stroud and brilliant second-year head coach, DeMeco Ryans, Houston should easily surpass this win projection.
Best Bet: Over 9.5 (-144)
Indianapolis Colts
Indianapolis Colts Regular Season Wins 2024-25
Over 8.5 (+104), Under 8.5 (-128)
The Indianapolis Colts may be one of the most underrated teams entering this season. After only four games of Anthony Richardson, Indianapolis fell just one game shy of the postseason and a division title with a backup quarterback. Now, with the healthy duo of Richardson and Jonathan Taylor, offensive genius Shane Steichen could put together one of the most dangerous offenses in the league. The Colts have the talent and potential to blow past the 8.5-win total mark.
Best Bet: Over 8.5 (+104)
Jacksonville Jaguars
Jacksonville Jaguars Regular Season Wins 2024-25
Over 8.5 (-115), Under 8.5 (-105)
The Jaguars missed the playoffs last season after sitting in the driver's seat of the division for the majority of the year with an 8-3 start. However, after injuries and late-game meltdowns continued to stack up, Jacksonville ultimately was on the outside looking in when the season ended. After losing Calvin Ridley in free agency, the Jags filled the void by drafting Brian Thomas Jr. and signing Gabe Davis. It will be interesting to see how Doug Pederson’s offense looks, but it would be hard to see the Jaguars not winning more than 8.5 games.
Best Bet: Over 8.5 (-115)
