Chargers vs Chiefs: Best Player Prop Bets for SNF

Week 14’s Sunday Night Football matchup features the Los Angeles Chargers (8-4) and Kansas City Chiefs (11-1) battling in a high-stakes AFC West showdown at Arrowhead Stadium.

Kansas City downed the Chargers 17-10 in Week 4 and can clinch a ninth straight division crown with a victory. Meanwhile, the Bolts hold the fifth seed in the AFC playoff race and need a win to keep their division title hopes alive.

Here are my top player prop bets in what should be a terrific environment.

KC TE Travis Kelce OVER 59.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

  • Kelce has recorded at least 60 receiving yards in five of his past six games.
  • While the Chargers present a tough matchup, the future Hall of Famer posted a solid 7-89-0 receiving line against them in the season’s first meeting.
  • Kelce has been a target monster, drawing at least 12 looks in four of his past six outings.

LAC RB Kimani Vidal Any Time Touchdown (+500)

  • Vidal played 40% of the Chargers’ red zone snaps last week. Notably, starting running back Gus Edwards failed to see a single snap inside the 20.
  • Edwards has struggled on the ground this season, averaging just 3.4 YPC — don’t be surprised if Vidal potentially leapfrogs the veteran on the depth chart this week.

KC RB Isiah Pacheco OVER 50.5 Rushing Yards (-114)

  • Returning last week from a nine-game absence, Pacheco rushed for a team-leading 44 yards on seven carries (6.3 YPC) while splitting time with Kareem Hunt (seven carries, 15 yards). I expect Hunt to fade into the background, with Pacheco resuming his role as the lead back.
  • LA’s run defense has been struggling, allowing the seventh-most yards per game over the last three weeks.
