What a wild AFC pictures. We take a look at some of the playoffs here. If the season ended today, Joe, the Broncos, Patriots, Jaguars, Steelers, Bills, Chargers, and Texans would be in. Yeah, the Colts that we were talking about a few short weeks ago, the best record in the NFL, they're on the outside looking in right now. The Baltimore Ravens, who many people had as their favorites to win the championship this year, opening up in the season. They're 6th and 7th in 9th spot. The Kansas City Chiefs, they always make the AFC Championship game at least and then play for a Super Bowl. They're currently sitting at 6 and 7 as well. The two teams at the top of the heap, the Broncos and the Patriots, which is incredible. And then how about Duval County down there? 9 and 4, and then the Steelers with their big win over the Baltimore Ravens, they sit at 7 and 6. If we're looking at this playoff picture, Joe, the has-beens, I guess you can call them now, right? The Ravens and the Chiefs on the outside looking in, the new kids on the block, the Patriots and the Broncos, both sit at 11 and 2, man. Yeah, it's kind of crazy, right? Didn't uh didn't necessarily have that on the uh on the bingo card, but it, it, it just goes to show you that Indy, you know, a month ago when they mortgaged part of their, you know, future assets to, to win now, uh, they truly saw what we saw, like, this is anybody's game in the AFC, right? I mean, how much confidence do we have with some of these, you know, with the Patriots of the world, and, you know. Do we trust every one of these teams has serious flaws and question marks, Donnie, in the AFC. It's very hard to look at any one and be like, well, you know, we don't have a Chiefs this year, right? We, we just, we don't, we don't have that. We don't have a Ravens this year. Even Buffalo's got a million questions. So, it is, even though the record is great, there are still, to me, a lot to be determined here down the stretch. Yeah, you hit like the nail on the head, Joe, right there, because we're talking about teams with the trustability in the playoffs. So, well, Donnie, how could you trust the Bills and never get to the Super Bowl? It's still Josh Allen. They're still used to being up top. You know, you take a look at the Ravens, they're always there in the end, hey, healthy Lamar Jackson, of course, they're gonna make a deep run in the playoffs. And the same thing with the Kansas City Chiefs with Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes. We don't have that, which means when we're taking a look at the possibilities of who can win and what the odds would be, that's why the Bills are + 370. Wait a second, they're 2 games back or 3 games back right now, 2.5 games, I should say. Back of the, you know, the New England Patriots who were in first place with another game on deck with them. Are we waiting again in a wait and see mode? Like, uh, who cares? If the Bills lose again to the, uh, Patriots, they're still gonna be as favorite in the playoffs and they should be able to win. I don't know that here. But the one thing I do know is every team is vulnerable at some time, and then you look at the top of the standings, the Jaguars. We've seen what Trevor Lawrence, you know, does in the playoffs at this point. Not particularly good. We've seen the Patriots with Tom Brady do damage. We don't know what they're gonna do without Tom Brady. Brady in the playoffs here. And the same thing with the Broncos and Bo Nix at this point. Love a good story, but also at the same time, I watched the Broncos and go, well, that offense isn't all that explosive. Leaning on the defense here, playing close games usually catches up to you. There's a lot of stuff in that top 4, top 5 teams that you can have questions about, or can the Ravens or the Chiefs sneak back in. I don't think that's gonna happen, but I'll tell you one thing, huge win for the Chargers last night to put them at 8 and 4 now, and maybe they can look at the Broncos and say, let's get back into this thing. Yeah, I, I mean, listen, there is still time for one of these teams to right the ship, figure it out, and get hot down the stretch, Donnie. We have seen that a lot. Uh, and so for all the faults, there are still some opportunities here, and I think these games coming up, some of these games in week 15, I mean, I think we're gonna learn a lot. About the Rams and Detroit this week. I think we're gonna learn a lot about the Bills and the Patriots this week, right? We're, there are some games coming up here in this week 15, and the bigger, maybe the biggest question in the AFC, Donnie, is who, who's coming out of the AFC North, exactly, and will it matter? Can any one of them figure it out in time, you know, cause I'd still take Burrow, a healthy Lamar, you know what I mean? Give me, give me something there that they can figure it out if they can, but I don't have any idea who's coming out of that division.
