Where to Watch the 2024 NHL Draft

The 2024 NHL Draft kicks off on Friday, June 28, featuring the first round from 7-10 p.m. ET, broadcasted live on ESPN and ESPN+ from the Sphere in Las Vegas, Nev. Starting at 6 p.m. ET, ESPN2 and ESPN+ will air “The Point," ESPN’s hockey-focused studio show, which includes a preview of Round One and red carpet coverage. This event is notable as the Sphere’s first live sporting event and television broadcast. You can also find the 2024 NHL Draft on Sportsnet and Sportsnet+ in Canada.
The first round will be hosted by John Buccigross and includes commentary from ESPN NHL analyst Kevin Weekes, senior writer Emily Kaplan, reporter Leah Hextall, and Draft and hockey analytics expert Meghan Chayka, all on location in Las Vegas.
Coverage will continue on Saturday, June 29, for Rounds 2-7 starting at 11:30 a.m. ET on ESPN+ and the NHL Network.
