#1 Texas Longhorns
The Longhorns have one of the most explosive offenses in college football this season. With Xavier Worthy and Adonai Mitchell out wide, Quinn Ewers and Texas can beat any team through the air on every dropback. As for their rushing attack, Jonathon Brooks quickly filled his role as Bijan Robinson's successor and excelled. Brooks averaged 6.1 yards per carry on the road to his 1,139 rushing yards and ten touchdown seasons. Ultimately, the Longhorns balanced offensive attack makes them a nightmare to defend against opposing defenses.
#2 Washington Huskies
The Huskies are the lone team in the CFP with a Heisman finalist on their roster this season in Michael Penix Jr. Led by their star quarterback, the duo of Penix Jr. and Rome Odunze has been one of the more electric duos to watch this year. In addition to the explosive passing game, the emergence of running back Dillon Johnson for Washington this season has been tremendous. The newcomer has rushed for over 1,000 yards and 14 touchdowns. The Huskies are another team that can carve a defense up through the air or gash teams in the running game.

Alabama went through some early-season struggles as first-year starter Jalen Milroe took time to fit into his new role as the team's primary playmaker. But when the sophomore QB adjusted and began to play at the level he did, the Crimson Tide offense followed. With Milroe extending plays with his legs and tormenting teams through the air when he had time in the pocket, the offense opened up for Nick Saban's squad. And with what Alabama was able to do against a stout Georgia defense, they could look to prove they belong higher on this list after their game against Michigan.
