Stay ahead of the game and elevate your sports betting experience with SportsGrid and our daily MLB game picks.
1. Tampa Bay Rays +320 (Last week: +270)
It hasn’t been a pretty last month for the Tampa Bay Rays, but they’ve refound their stride of late and have won three in a row and six of their last ten. Even with the Rays playing better baseball, they’ve still seen their odds of winning the American League drop from +270 to +320.

2. Houston Astros +340 (Last week: +450)
Trading for a familiar face in Justin Verlander from the New York Mets only increases the ceiling of this Houston Astros team that’s looking to repeat. The Astros getting healthier and adding ahead of the deadline has helped them leapfrog the Texas Rangers and get bet down from +450 to +340.
3. Texas Rangers +350 (Last week: +410)
You’re never complaining when you add two difference makers to your rotation in Max Scherzer and Jordan Montgomery, which the Texas Rangers did. The Rangers have seen their odds of winning the American League bet down from +410 to +350 over the last week.
4. Baltimore Orioles +650 (Last week: +650)
Adding a veteran and potential high-end starter in Jack Flaherty ahead of the trade deadline certainly helped elevate the Baltimore Orioles, who are already leading the AL East. The O’s have won seven of their last ten games and maintained their +650 odds to win the AL.
5. Toronto Blue Jays +900 (Last week: +800)
Three straight losses for the Toronto Blue Jays isn’t great news, but they did appear to survive an injury scare with their star shortstop, Bo Bichette. The Blue Jays’ odds of winning the American League have dropped slightly from +800 to +900.
6. Minnesota Twins +1200 (Last week: +800)
It hasn’t been a perfect stretch by any means for the Minnesota Twins, yet they still find themselves on top of the AL Central and two games over .500. Still, the Twins have seen their odds of winning the Pennant tail off over the last week from +800 to +1200.
7. New York Yankees +2100 (Last week: +1800)
Three straight losses for the New York Yankees certainly haven’t done them any favors after a quiet trade deadline. The Yankees have once again seen their odds of winning the American Lague drop from +1800 to +2100.
8. Seattle Mariners +2800 (Last week: +3000)
At the trade deadline, the Seattle Mariners sold off some pieces, but they’re still very much in the wild-card race in the American League. The M’s are just 3.5 games out, and we know what they did last year over the final two months, leading to their odds rising slightly from +3000 to +2800.
9. Boston Red Sox +3000 (Last week: +3000)
The Boston Red Sox continue to surprise many and have stayed in the mix in the American League wild-card race. Boston has won six of their last ten games and are just 1.5 games out of a playoff spot, helping maintain their +3000 odds.
10. Cleveland Guardians +3500 (Last week: +4000)
Even though the Cleveland Guardians are in the midst of a 4-6 stretch over their last ten games, they still only trail the Twins by two games in the AL Central, leading to their odds of winning the AL rising from +4000 to +3500.
