Procore Championship Best Bets
Sahith Theegala
The odds-on favorite for the Procore Championship is Sahith Theegala. It’s difficult not to be impressed with the season that Theegala registered this year. He took home the event last year and has as good a shot as any to repeat. Theegala brings the type of presence we’re looking for in an outright bet, knowing that he should be in contention come the weekend.
Best Bet: Theegala to Win Outright (+1200)
Max Homa
Although it wasn’t a consistent season for Max Homa, he was still a Captain’s pick for the President’s Cup later this month and has a great opportunity in this tune-up spot. Homa is arguably the top talent playing in this field, and that’s a spot we like to target him in. There’s no pressure in this event, and his price is long enough that we’re getting value on the number. Don’t forget that Homa is also a two-time winner at this event.
Best Bets: Homa to Win Outright (+2500)
Min Woo Lee
Min Woo Lee is one of the top players in the field this week, and his price reflects that. Even if he’s listed as a top-five favorite with his odds, there’s still some real value to be found with his number. Lee can take advantage of his long drives on a course like this and should be able to have some eagle looks on the Par-5s.
Best Bet: Lee to Win Outright (+2500)
Procore Championship Longshots
Beau Hossler
Beau Hossler has quietly had a strong 2024 golf season. He’s brought some consistency and was a dominant player during his run last fall. He’s already shown he can go low at this course in prior years, and there’s direct value in the number you’re getting him at.
Best Bet: Hossler to Win Outright (+4500)
Mark Hubbard
A funny story regarding Mark Hubbard and his journey to play in this tournament: despite being PGA Tour exempt, Hubbard forgot to register for the event and had to play a qualifying round in which he shot 7-under. Not bad. Hubbard is a local for this event and knows the course well. For him, the narrative surrounding this week just got even more interesting.
Best Bet: Hubbard to Win Outright (+6500)
