Indiana Pacers @ Boston Celtics Game 2 Analysis & +1400 SGP

Game 1 between the Boston Celtics and Indiana Pacers was an epic overtime thriller where the Celtics ultimately prevailed. The Pacers had the game in hand late in the fourth but suffered multiple costly errors that led to the game that bailed out the Celtics when they didn’t bring their best effort. In the first two rounds, the Celtics got complacent and ultimately dropped Game 2 in both series, so will we see the same tonight?

It will be interesting to see if the Pacers rise to the challenge after their collapse or fold under the pressure, but regardless, it should be fun.

Tonight will be great, so we have everything laid out for you and a +1400 ultimate same-game parlay.

Let’s have ourselves a night!

Pacers-Celtics +1400 SGP

Dunk on the sportsbooks tonight! SportsGrid’s free NBA picks, NBA props, and NBA SGPs.

Legs 1 & 2: Jayson Tatum 25+ Points, 8+ Rebounds

Jayson Tatum averaged 32.5 points and 11.0 rebounds in four regular-season meetings with the Pacers, then followed it up with a 36-point, 12-rebound outing in Game 1. We need 25 and eight, so unless tonight turns into an all-around disaster for the Celtics, Tatum should be fine cashing these thresholds.

Legs 3 & 4: Jrue Holiday 4+ Assists, 4+ Rebounds

Jrue Holiday put together one of his best performances in a while, finishing with 28 points, eight assists, and seven rebounds in Game 1. We won’t expect that kind of production, especially as a scorer, but he was involved enough that I don’t expect his numbers on the glass or as a passer to nosedive. He can get us four assists and four rebounds at the bare minimum.

Legs 5 & 6: Tyrese Haliburton 15+ Points, 8+ Assists

Tyrese Haliburton scored 25 points and had ten assists in Game 1. Given how he committed costly turnovers in crunch time, I expect we’ll see Haliburton try to put the Pacers on his back. Fifteen points and eight rebounds are entirely within reach.

Legs 7 & 8: Pascal Siakam 15+ Points, 6+ Rebounds

Pascal Siakam had 24 points and 12 rebounds in Game 1, and it was clear that he was playing more in the paint on the defensive end while settling for highly efficient shots on offense. The Pacers will need everything Siakam gave them in Game 1 again, so a 15-point and six-rebound showing should be his floor.

Leg 9: Andrew Nembhard 4+ Assists

Andrew Nembhard has had at least four assists in 12 straight games. What else is there to ask for?

Leg 10: Myles Turner 6+ Rebounds

Myles Turner grabbed ten rebounds in Game 1 and had 17 rebound chances. Given Kristaps Porzingis’s absence, the Celtics must dominate the interior to beat the Pacers. We’ll expect Turner to make his presence known enough in the paint to get us six rebounds.
