NBA Injury Update: Edwards, Jackson Jr. and Kawhi Out

Segment Spotlight: Quick Hits From Pushing The Odds with Matt Perrault

Anthony Edwards, Jaren Jackson Jr. and Kawhi Leonard Sidelined by Injuries

Injuries have become a major NBA story in just the second week of the season, with several superstars already sidelined.

Anthony Edwards is expected to miss two months after an outstanding start to the year. The Wolves opened 3-1 as Edwards averaged more than 33 points while shooting 48% from the field and 40% from three. His performance had put him in the MVP conversation and made it look like he was headed for an epic season.

Jaren Jackson Jr. has a torn MCL and will miss at least six weeks, a brutal loss for the Jazz. Kawhi Leonard also continues to have significant knee problems and will be out for Toronto for at least one week, if not longer.
