Fletcher Loyer suffered an elbow injury during last Thursday’s 86-68 loss to the Michigan Wolverines in the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinal round. Purdue’s starting guard returned to action after suffering the injury, but his status for the first round became questionable. According to Boilermakers head coach Matt Painter, Loyer will “definitely play” against High Point.
