FIU Panthers (-7.5)  vs. UTEP Miners

FIU heads on the road for a battle with a winless UTEP squad. The Miners desperately need to grab a win and a game in front of their home fans is the perfect chance. Unfortunately, the Panthers have other plans for the outcome of this one.

Prediction: FIU 30, UTEP 17

Georgia State Panthers vs. Marshall Thundering Herd (-9.5)

Marshall has a chance to get above the .500 mark with a home matchup against Georgia State. The Panthers could put up a fight, but the Thundering Herd will pull away in the fourth quarter to inch closer to a bowl appearance.

Boston College Eagles vs. Virginia Tech Hokies (-6.5)

Boston College heads on the road for an ACC showdown with Virginia Tech on Friday. The Hokies enter as the betting favorites, but they’ll have their hands full against a competitive Eagles team. That said, Boston College pulls off the upset to improve to 5-2.

The Seminoles have been one of the most disappointing teams of the season this year. With the season winding down, Florida State is running out of time to turn their season around as the team continues to look to return to their winning ways. They’ll have to continue searching for a winning recipe after their loss to Duke.

Oregon Ducks (-27.5) vs. Purdue Boilermakers

The Ducks are fresh off a huge win over the Ohio State Buckeyes. Meanwhile, Purdue fell short of one of the best upsets of the season in Week 7. The Boilermakers look to prove they can compete with any team, but they won’t make that statement against Oregon.

Oklahoma State Cowboys vs. BYU Cougars (-9.5)

BYU has opened the season undefeated and they don’t have plans to lose any time soon. On the flip side, Oklahoma State has its sights on an upset over the Cougars to get over the .500 mark. Unfortunately, the Cowboys won’t be able to get the job done.
