2. Orange Bowl

On the other side of the bracket, you have potential matchups such as Georgia vs Penn State, Notre Dame vs Penn State, or Georgia vs SMU or Boise State. With the stakes high for a spot in the national championship game, count us in. 

3. Rose Bowl

It's easy to say that the Oregon Ducks got a rough draw as the top seed. Whether they face off with Tennessee or Ohio State, this one will be circled on our calendar. 

4. Sugar Bowl

If the chalk holds, we'll be gifted a matchup of Notre Dame vs Georgia. That's all you can ask for with this new format. 

5. Fiesta Bowl

After failing to capture the Heisman trophy, it will be interesting to see how Ashton Jeanty and the Boise State Broncos respond in their quarterfinals matchup against Penn State or SMU. 

6. Peach Bowl

It's clear that the Texas Longhorns got a great draw as the fifth seed. If Texas gets by Clemson, they'll face off with Arizona State in the Peach Bowl. 

7. Pop Tarts Bowl

There's a ton to like in this matchup with Miami facing off against Iowa State. Even if you don't like the football, how can you look past seeing a massive pop tart getting toasted? 

8. ReliaQuest Bowl

The stakes might not be as high as last year in the College Football Playoff, but we'll never turn down seeing Alabama take on Michigan. 

9. Gator Bowl

The Duke Blue Devils had a strong season under Manny Diaz, while Lane Kiffin fell short of leading Ole Miss to the CFP. What will transpire in this exciting matchup? 

10. Birmingham Bowl

The Vanderbilt Commodores will square off with the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. After giving Georgia a scare, I'm intrigued to see what the Yellow Jackets will have in store for us here against a solid Commodores program.

After getting left out of the College Football Playoff, I'm very intrigued by what kind of statement the South Carolina Gamecocks will make against Illinois.

The spotlight remains on the Colorado Buffaloes as they get set to take on the BYU Cougars in a matchup that surely should have some fireworks. 

15. Texas Bowl

When will Brian Kelly start winning big games for the LSU Tigers? With some already big promises for 2025, he'll have a chance to lead the Tigers past Baylor in this matchup. 

16. Liberty Bowl

I think Sam Pittman has gotten the poor end of the stick at Arkansas. Let's see if he can make a statement and lead the Razorbacks to a win over Texas Tech. 

17. Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl

The Louisville Cardinals and Washington Huskies have a lot of similarities with how their regular season finished. Which team will end the year on a high note? 

18. Hawaii Bowl

Who doesn't like a good Christmas Eve appetizer? The South Florida Bulls take on San Jose State in what should be a fun matchup. 

19. Music City Bowl

I wonder what Kirk Ferentz and the Iowa Hawkeyes will have up their sleeve against a powerful Missouri team that underachieved this year.
