20) RB Justin Williams-Thomas, Cal
Justin Williams-Thomas committed to Tennessee as a four-star recruit. After struggling to find a role with the Volunteers, the running back transferred to California, where he ran into more of the same issues. Now, he lands back in the transfer portal.
