Notre Dame Embraces the Pressure Ahead of Major BYU Matchup

Another huge game is set for Provo as Notre Dame faces Brigham Young. BYU does not receive much attention, but it is a very good football team. Notre Dame, meanwhile, is stacked across the board and has looked remarkable this year.

Notre Dame’s schedule may be more difficult than people give it credit for. The team beat Wisconsin, dominated Purdue and has continued to control its opponents. Purdue’s performance against Minnesota also suggests it may be better than initially perceived. North Carolina should not be dismissed either, with Bill Belichick appearing to have something developing in Chapel Hill.

Most importantly, Notre Dame continues to dominate its schedule and appears to be embracing the pressure that comes with expectations. That confidence is showing on weekends. When difficult in-game situations arise, Notre Dame is responding and elevating its play.
