2025 NFL Playoff Bracket: Predicting the AFC Winner

Buffalo Bills vs Kansas City Chiefs
The rematch that we've all been waiting for. The Bills and Chiefs collide again for another chance to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl. Is this finally the year that the Bills end the Chiefs run and play for the Super Bowl? I think it is. The Bills have the recipe that's given the Chiefs trouble in the past. Even though they'll have to go to Arrowhead to get the job done, the Bills stun the football world and send Patrick Mahomes packing earlier than he's accustomed to.
Pick: Buffalo Bills

Los Angeles Chargers vs Houston Texans
Spread: Chargers -2.5 | Moneyline: Chargers –148 | Total: 42.5
The Los Angeles Chargers have the recipe for playoff success, at least in the Wild Card round. The Houston Texans have taken a step back this season, and there are real question marks as to whether their offensive line can hold up in this spot. The Chargers run the football well enough to sneak past the Texans as a slight road favorite.
Pick: Los Angeles Chargers
Pittsburgh Steelers vs Baltimore Ravens
Spread: Ravens -9.5 | Moneyline: Ravens –560 | Total: 44.5
As much as we'd like for this one to be competitive, it's hard to see it playing out that way with what we witnessed down the stretch. The Baltimore Ravens are surging at the right time, while the Pittsburgh Steelers have hit a wall offensively. The Ravens already took it to the Steelers in blowout fashion at home late in the season. This large spread suggests we see something similar again.
Pick: Baltimore Ravens
Denver Broncos vs Buffalo Bills
Spread: Bills -8.5 | Moneyline: Bills –460 | Total: 47.5
The Buffalo Bills remain a serious threat to go all the way this year. We know which teams potentially stand in the way of that, and it's hard to envision the Denver Broncos being one of them. The Broncos get humbled on Wild Card Weekend, but gain some valuable postseason experience for their rookie signal-caller.

Los Angeles Chargers vs Kansas City Chiefs
Fresh off a bye, the Kansas City Chiefs welcome the Chargers to town. The Chargers certainly have the potential to give the Chiefs some trouble if they don't take them fully seriously. Still, Patrick Mahomes and company ultimately advance to another AFC Championship Game in pursuit of a third-straight Super Bowl.
Pick: Kansas City Chiefs
Baltimore Ravens vs Buffalo Bills
The Bills will be looking for some revenge in this matchup after the Ravens handed them a blowout loss on the road earlier this year. This version of the Bills continues to demonstrate they can make adjustments after losses, and that holds true when they host the Ravens in the Divisional round.
