Denver Wins an Ugly Thursday Night Game at Home

Thursday night’s game was one of the worst of the season. After watching for about three minutes, the focus shifted to baseball with no reason to return.

The positive for Denver is that the team continues to find ways to win at home. Denver defeated the Seattle Seahawks 17-14, with Jaquan McMillan making the key play on his second interception of Sam Darnold.

McMillan credited the defensive line for pressuring the quarterback throughout the night. He said VJ made a great Cover 2 call, allowing him to play the deep half. When the quarterback tried to hit the hole shot, McMillan flashed across the receiver’s face and made a play on the ball.
