Packers Favored to Keep Rolling Against the Cowboys
The Packers return home after crushing the Bears last week, while the Cowboys have looked awful over their past couple of games. With Green Bay favored by only 1.5 points, the Packers present an appealing side in this Sunday Night Football matchup.
Green Bay’s defense delivered an impressive performance against the Bears by squeezing the intermediate part of the field and disrupting their offense. The Packers now have a favorable setup against Dallas, with opportunities to continue throwing the ball and attacking a struggling run defense.
Christian Watson could have another monster game because of his success against single-high coverage. Tucker Kraft also has a strong matchup, and the Packers appear capable of scoring plenty of points through the air and on the ground.
The biggest question for Dallas is whether Dak Prescott can rebound from an erratic performance. He appeared slightly off on many of his throws last week, although CeeDee Lamb could still be in line for a big outing.
Matt LaFleur has faced Prescott and the Cowboys four times in his career, going 3-0-1 straight up and 3-1 against the spread. The over has hit in all four games. The preferred plays are Green Bay and the over.
