Potential Transfer Destinations for Denver Harris

5. Colorado Buffaloes
It seems that every talented cornerback that hits the transfer portal gets linked with Colorado. The links make sense. Deion Sanders is one of the best defensive backs to ever play the game and the Buffaloes have electric athlete Travis Hunter starting at one corner spot. Denver Harris could be tempted to play for a high-profile coach like Coach Prime and partner with Hunter to form a five-star secondary.
1. Texas A&M Aggies
Denver Harris is looking for his third school in as many seasons. The former five-star recruit barely played for LSU after transferring there from Texas A&M. The Aggies are again a contender for his services. With a new coaching staff in College Station, Harris was rumored to have a visit scheduled to get to know new coach Mike Elko.
2. Alabama Crimson Tide
The Alabama Crimson Tide was one of the final schools that Harris considered in high school. He ultimately chose Texas A&M but knows the Alabama campus and the Crimson Tide could definitely use some talent to replenish the secondary under new head coach Kalen DeBoer. Alabama lost multiple starters, and getting a high-ceiling player like Harris could make sense for the Crimson Tide.
3. Houston Cougars
Denver Harris went to high school at North Shore High School in Houston, Texas, and his family still lives in the Houston area. The Cougars now have a new coaching staff in place, as Dana Holgorsen was replaced by Willie Fritz. Harris has had off-the-field issues and has not produced in his limited playing time, but the talent was there, and a trip "home" could ignite that potential into production.
4. Texas Longhorns
Coming out of high school, Denver Harris had a finalist list that consisted of Texas A&M, Alabama, and the Texas Longhorns. He chose the Aggies, transferred to LSU, and is now looking for a third school. The Texas Longhorns could definitely use help in the secondary, and they have not addressed the position of need just yet. The Longhorns tried for Jabbar Muhammad and missed. The Longhorns are currently +750 to win the national title (third-best odds).
