Is LeBron James Playing Today? Los Angeles Lakers at Utah Jazz

Sportsgrid Staff

Host · Writer

The Los Angeles Lakers head into their final game before the All-Star break with a rematch against the Utah Jazz. LA cruised to a 132-113 win in Utah on Monday, but now the scene shifts to the Delta Center for the second leg of the matchup. The Lakers have been on fire, winning 10 of their past 11, while the Jazz have struggled, dropping four of their previous five. Luka Doncic’s new squad sits atop the Pacific Division and is a season-best 13 games over .500. Tip-off is scheduled for 9:00 p.m. ET.

Spread: Lakers -9 | Moneyline: Lakers -360 | Jazz +290  | Total: 235.5

Is LeBron James Playing Today?

As has become common practice, LeBron James (ankle) is again listed as probable for tonight’s rematch against the Jazz. Despite regularly being listed on the injury report, LeBron had played in 18 straight games before getting some rest and missing Saturday’s home win over the Indiana Pacers. He came back firing for Monday’s victory over the Jazz, filling the scoresheet with 24 points, eight assists, and seven boards. Expect to see LBJ deployed as usual in Sault Lake City.
