Legs 1, 2, & 3: Shai Gilgeous Alexander 25+ Points, 5+ Assists, 5+ Rebounds
We touted Shai Gilgeous-Alexander for a similar stat line as we eyed him up for a made three, five assists, and five rebounds in Game 1. Well, he ended up dominating with 29 points, nine assists, and nine rebounds, so we have no reason to go away from him here on his home floor. To simplify it, we’ll just swap out a made three for 25 points.
Legs 4, 5, & 6: Jalen Williams 1+ Three, 4+ Assists, 4+ Rebounds
In Game 1, we were on Jalen Williams for 15 points, four assists, and four rebounds, and he finished with a stat line of 18-5-5. Not too shabby! We’ll keep that the same tonight, except we’ll swap the points for a made three, as he’s drilled a three in every postseason game thus far plus the three-point prop is less juiced than the point prop.
Legs 7 & 8: Kyrie Irving 20+ Points, 4+ Assists
Kyrie Irving finished Game 1 with 20 points and three assists, and since that was an all-around disastrous game for the Mavericks, I’m looking at that outing as his floor for tonight. In two regular-season meetings, Kyrie averaged 30.5 points and 10.0 assists per game, so as the Mavs can’t play much worse, we trust Irving will do his thing.
Leg 9: Luka Doncic 3+ Threes
Luka Doncic was pretty brutal in Game 1, as he finished with 19 points, so we expect him to bounce back with a massive effort tonight. He won’t be afraid to call his own shot from deep whenever he feels open, and in the first-round series, when the Mavs were down 0-1 to the LA Clippers, Doncic went 5/14 from deep to knot the series. It remains to be seen whether or not the Mavs will tie the set, but I can’t expect Luka to play much worse.
Leg 10: PJ Washington Jr. 4+ Rebounds
PJ Washington Jr. is always our sweat-free leg whenever we work up a Mavericks parlay, and we need him to grab four rebounds tonight, as he has in all seven of the Mavs’ postseason games. He’s also hit the number in all three regular-season meetings with the Thunder.
