The Game. Perhaps no rivalry in sports can match the year-long hatred between Michigan and Ohio State on the gridiron. Ohio State has not beaten Michigan since 2019 (they did not play in 2020), which eats at everyone wearing Scarlet and Gray. Michigan is just 6-5, but they had their best performance of the season in a blowout win over Northwestern. Ohio State is No. 2 in the country and can clinch a rematch with Oregon in the Big Ten Championship Game with a victory over Michigan. Ohio State is a heavy favorite in the contest.
We’ve got you covered with our favorite plays from Saturday’s showdown.

Michigan at Ohio State Best Bet ATS: Michigan +20.5
It isn’t easy to blow out your rival. The SportsGrid model recognizes that and believes this game will be closer than the large spread suggests, projecting the Ohio State Buckeyes to win by 17 but placing a five-star projection on Michigan to cover. The Wolverines have been good on defense, and Michigan will be ready to battle in what should be one of the season’s most physical games. The model has also placed a five-star projection on the total, set at just 43.5 in this game. The model has the total points in this game reaching 46.7, more than a field goal over the posted number. That would place the projected score somewhere around 31-14, well short of some of the more egregious blowouts in this series (86-0 for Michigan in 1902, 38-0 in 1935, or 42-7 in 2008 for OSU) but still a comfortable win for the Buckeyes.
