10) QB Alex Orji, Michigan
Alex Orji committed to Michigan as a three-star prospect in the 2022 recruiting class. In three seasons, the dual-threat quarterback has yet to find a role with the Wolverines, even with the struggles at the quarterback position this year. Orji has struggled to prove he can be a passer at the next level. Nonetheless, the Texas native hits the portal looking to further his development with a new squad.
1) RB Justice Haynes, Alabama
Justice Haynes is one of the most recent additions to the transfer portal, but he'll almost immediately be a top talent available. The former five-star prospect committed to Alabama out of high school, but he's yet to make a huge impact in two seasons with the Crimson Tide. Now, the shifty running back hits the portal where he'll have many suitors.
2) S Genesis Smith, Arizona
Genesis Smith appeared in all 12 games for the Wildcats this season where he started nine. The six-foot-two defender racked up 64 tackles, six pass defenses, three interceptions, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery on the season. That said, expect the talented safety to have multiple offers on the table.
3) S Adrian Wilson, Washington State
Adrian Wilson is one of the more recent entries to the transfer portal, but the safety will quickly garner interest. The talented defender finished the season with 47 tackles, three pass defenses, and one forced fumble.
4) EDGE Justus Boone, Florida

5) LB Troy Bowles, Georgia
Troy Bowles is yet another Georgia player to hit the portal after struggling to find playing time in the Bulldogs' stout defense. The linebacker was a former Top 90 recruit in the 2023 class and he'll make a big impact for whatever team lands him. And with three years of eligibility left, expect plenty of top teams to make him a priority.
6) EDGE Samuel M'Pemba, Georgia
Samuel M'Pemba enters the portal after receiving minimal opportunities to showcase his skillset with the Bulldogs. The former top 45 recruit in 2023 has the talent to make an immediate impact wherever he lands. As teams around the nation look to sure up their pass rush, it won't be a surprise to see M'Pemba find a new home quickly.
7) QB Billy Edwards Jr., Maryland
Billy Edwards Jr. is one of the more recent quarterbacks to join the portal after having his best season at Maryland as a starter this year.
