That starts tonight, Joe. 9 o'clock. This is coming from out there in Oregon. Minnesota gonna travel to take on Oregon in a Big 10 battle, if you will. This line opened up, Joe, 21.5. 0, 25.5, even 26.5 now in the marketplace and a total, which I still can't get over. This is back to back weeks. We have Oregon in the low 40s on a total. Now, I understand they're down to wide receivers and Minnesota isn't the fastest team, Joe, but what is that spread line tonight for Minnesota and Oregon? Uh, yeah, Donnie, it's spot on, right? You got Minnesota coming off a bye week, no less. Take on an Oregon team that just had a battle, uh, on their hands at Iowa and got it done late there, and you're right, banged up. Three of their top pass catchers, probably, uh, maybe 1 out of the three are gonna be there, but you notice. That line movement like I did, it has been nothing but Oregon money all week long. And the reason that low total, Donnie, has nothing to do with whether Oregon can score points. The question is whether Minnesota can score any points, Donnie, because we've already seen Minnesota play two other teams on the road. that don't have maybe quite the talent Oregon does. They only scored 3 points against Iowa, Donnie, and we saw what Ohio State did to them, and now they're gonna go and take on Oregon. So, uh, yes, the market is not buying letdown or anything along those lines. They are buying, uh, buying an Oregon blowout, and so am I. Two touchdown favorite last week, Joe, was Indiana at Penn State. They scraped by an unbelievable catch in the back of the end zone to save a win for Indiana. Now they come home and take on Wisconsin. Let's double that line and more, Joe. It's not 14.5, it's 29. 9.5 as it sits currently right now, and a low total of 43.5. We know Wisconsin can't score that much. Indiana can. Indiana after a scare last week, are they gonna be on their P's and Q's this week with a dominant effort? Your spread line is what for this game with Indiana and Wisconsin? Well, that's another one of these, right? Uh, you know, up now 29.5, it was 30.5, but 29.5, Donnie, and a total of 44.5, uh, very reminiscent, uh, of what we just had here with the Minnesota and Oregon game. But I think they're very similar. Why? Because much like Minnesota, how is Wisconsin scoring any points here? Offensively, they're terrible. Now, they are. Halfway decent defensively, but we already know what happens here with Cignetti. I mean, they were lucky to get by and all they heard all week was how lucky they were to get by on the road against Penn State. Well, now they're home, Donnie, and they're taking on a team that is not going to be able to match them offensively. This is another one that's got blowout written all over it. Penn State and Michigan State, East Lansing takes center stage. I don't know for what here. You got one team that's getting penalized year on probation. You got Penn State who's looking for their first Big 10 win as we sit mid-November. Oh my goodness, what a season here. But Penn State, traveling in as the favorite, Joe, as many as a touchdown to just over a touchdown at -7.5 and a total at 49.5. The battle of the states on Saturday, 3:30 Eastern. What's the spread line here? Well, yeah, what you're seeing here, Donnie, is this was 7.5 here, and now we're starting to see a lot more Michigan State money hit the board, and it makes sense here. I mean, give Penn State credit, right? Not been the season for them, they lose Drew Aller, they fire their head coach in Franklin, uh, and they laid it all out of line. Iowa, Ohio State, Indiana last week. What does this team have? Left in the tank here because they're still winless in Big 10 play, uh, and they've lost 6 straight games here. And now we're supposed to believe that they're gonna get up to go to Michigan State and somehow, uh, Donnie put together this amazing effort, and while the Spartans here, we've talked about it, vacated 14 wins over the last couple of years. I, yeah, I just don't see what Penn State is gonna bring to the table. I agree with the market move. Hurry up and get the touchdown while you can because I think this lands under a touchdown, Donnie, by the time this game goes to kick. I am thoroughly enjoying this college football season here. It is a football Friday. It's Donnie writes out, it's Joe Ranieri. Now we bring in our coach, Terry Bowden here because the games are starting to say, you know what, the playoffs will eliminate you when you lose, but teams are gonna be getting eliminated before we even get to the playoffs, coach. I love this stuff. Welcome in. Welcome in. Thank you, man. I, I appreciate it. And it will be a, a weekend of elimination or contenders, uh, to see who's gonna get it this week. A lot of the big games will determine that. Not just that, Bo, but who will be in the in the bye rounds? Who will get the home game? Uh, all these games come in to be big factors and things that are gonna help you in postseason play. No stranger to the SEC. That's coach Terry Bowden. An undefeated SEC team in the early 1990s. This is why we love to have coach on the show here because Oklahoma is gonna take on Alabama, a monster game in the SEC and for the national championship picture. This line opened up earlier in the week, coach, over a touchdown favorite for Alabama. Now we're seeing the 5.5 and the 6s in the marketplaces here. Oklahoma, great defense, Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Coach, what do we see here? Well, you know what? Alabama at home, they've got the long, longest FBS home winning streak going on. They remember Oklahoma took it to them last year, 24 to 3, but that was then. This is now two different teams. It's a one-dimensional Alabama offense against a strong defense in Oklama. Oklahoma, but I think Ty Simpson, if he throws no turnovers and he's 26 touchdowns, only 1 interception for the year, he will be enough with their offensive passing attack to be uh more than what Oklahoma can score with their offense. So, one touchdown difference I like uh uh Alabama. Coach, we were, we were just talking about it, huge game there, Texas taking on, uh, Georgia, but, you know, Texas sitting there with two losses still has A&M on the schedule. Even I don't think this is do or die, cause I still think they can write their own ticket, uh, winning one out of these next two here, but do you give them a shot here against Georgia? Yeah, but I don't think they'll win, but I do give them a shot because they are talented enough. When you go down to the postseason play, they're one of those teams with enough talent on their roster, but they right now still don't play well on the road. They don't play as well in the big games, and they don't run it well enough. I take Kirby Smart at home. It's still a very tough play. To play Kirby Smart at home in Athens against Texas and the way he takes the game and, and makes it better, makes adjustments in the second half. I've got to like Georgia, but I agree with you. Texas loses this game, beats Texas A&M. They're probably the only 9 and 3 team that can make it, uh, to the college football playoff. Incredible coach. And again, dating back to the 1990s, you lose one game, you're not gonna have a chance to play for a championship. Now, we're in the precipice of you might be able to lose three games and still be eligible to win a national championship, even despite not even playing in your conference championship game. We've come a long way, coach. The SEC again, 7. o'clock, Ole Miss, fresh off a pounding the Citadel, they get back to SEC play to take on a talented Florida team. They're favored by double digits here. Lane Kiffin also, sometimes, coach, you see the horizon. They're getting close to the playoff here, but you still got to tie up those loose ends and beat teams like the Florida Gators. Uh, before that, I wanna say my dad's probably rolling over in his grave after hearing you say that, how many times he lost one game to Miami and never got to play for a championship, but Ole Miss, uh, they're looking forward to this game, and I'm gonna say this against Florida, now remember they got knocked out of the playoffs last year losing to Florida, and Lane Kiffin forgets nothing, and his name is being mentioned in Florida whether he wants it or not. He wants. Them to think about, hey, y'all might have me down there if you're lucky, you know, so I think that goes to the fact that, the fact is after getting drubbed by Kentucky, Florida has passed that point where they're playing with a luster. They're even talking about benching Lagway, their quarterback who was the answer to their future. So I think it's no longer any chances for Florida right now, it's all Ole Miss, 11.5, they'll cover and I'm going with Ole Miss. Mm Very tricky game coming up for Notre Dame, coach, heading over to Pat Nardduzi and uh and Pitt, and this is their national championship game for Pitt. We saw Pitt come to Florida State as a double-digit dog, didn't work out great for Florida State. Are we trusting Notre Dame at this number? Uh, the number, you're right. I don't know that I trust Notre Dame with that number because Pitt is on fire. The quarterback, Mason Hensel, the freshman quarterback, has started the last 5 games. They've won all 5 of those games. They've scored 30 or more points. He's thrown for over 300, 4 of those 5 times, and he can keep them close to Notre Dame. I still think Notre Dame could win, but. I'm gonna go with Pitt and the points. Notre Dame's gonna try to run the ball with their two great running backs, control the ball, keep Hinchel off the field. The key to this game, watch for turnovers. Hinshel has thrown 5 interceptions in the last 5 games. If he does not turn the ball over, I'm sticking with Notre Dame right now. I mean, I'm sorry, I'm going with Pitt with the, with the points in this football game. Coach, last week we saw an Indiana team high and mighty going to Penn State as two touchdown favorites. Penn State gave a good punch in the 4th quarter, but you had that determination to still hang in there and win the football game. Now we see Indiana taking on Wisconsin this week as close to a 30-point favorite. Let me ask you as a coach, is that a great teaching moment to say, you know what, my team maybe didn't play their best, but still won in a hostile environment. Now, I can really coach them up this week and say, hey, we can't have any letdowns. Talk about Indiana this week against Wisconsin. Well, no, there's no question there. I think Kurt Kurtignetti will use that as a motivator because a lot of Kurt Sunetti is about, you know, how big can I beat somebody, how big can I make us look, and it's a game of how you look nowadays. I think he's gonna pour it on. Wisconsin has had quarterback problems. They won last week. 13 to 10, they can't score points and, and, and India is just gonna pull away, pull away and pull away. So I don't care if it's a 29.5 spot. I'm still gonna stay with Indiana cause Cignetti, uh, unlike other coaches, if he has a chance to pour it on, he will pour it on. Mhm. Yeah, gotta love it here, coach. So your, uh, your wild card here, uh, for, uh, for college football. What is your wild card team here, coach? Maybe, uh, flying under the radar. Gosh, you gotta catch me off guard right now, but, uh, I mean, the one I've just, the one I've got next on my end is Ohio State. Can they win by 31-5? I think they'll be. UCLA by 31-5. UCLA was 0-3. Then they got a fired coach. They went 3 more wins to go 3-3, and now the luster is gone. They're 0, they're 0-3 the last three games. They're playing badly. Uh, Nico Amanava was killed by Ohio State last year in every way possible. So take Ohio State, take the 31 points, and you're gonna be fine. Chaos down the stretch, coach, as we say, it's so much fun to watch these games play out because they are on paper right now, but they do get played on Saturdays, and we'll have you throughout the rest of the stretch of the regular season and into the college football playoffs.
