Key Georgia-Ole Miss & Miami-Notre Dame Betting Trends

Segment Spotlight: Quick Hits From Pushing The Odds with Matt Perrault

Georgia Draws Strong Support Against Ole Miss as Notre Dame Money Moves the Miami Line

Georgia can afford a loss because it is in the top four and predicted to win the SEC, but Ole Miss cannot. The Rebels need to win at home, and Trinidad Chambliss’ Heisman Trophy candidacy could be on the line.

Georgia is attracting 75% of the overall money and 75% of the master money. The Georgia master money has come in at minus three and minus 3.5. When the line reaches four, Ole Miss money pushes it back to 3.5, leaving the number relatively stable.

The weekend’s featured game has Notre Dame hosting No. 1 Miami. Miami will be without Malachi Tony, who is having surgery for a high ankle sprain and will miss the rest of the regular season. The team hopes to have him back for a playoff run.

The line opened at four before Notre Dame money came in at 5.5 and 6.5, moving it to seven. When it reaches 7.5, some master money comes back on Miami. Notre Dame is receiving 83% of the overall money and 86% of the master money, making this the week’s biggest betting game.
