Where to Watch Dolphins vs Rams
- Location: SoFi Stadium (Inglewood, California)
- Time: 8:15 p.m. ET | Where to Watch: ESPN
- Spread: Dolphins +2.5 | Moneyline: Dophins +120 Rams -142 | Total: 48.5
Dolphins vs Rams Best Bet ATS: Dolphins +2.5 (-106)
It’s been a rough season for the Miami Dolphins. Injuries have been a major factor contributing to their 2-6 record, especially to starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. Tua has been limited to just four games this season, but the Dolphins offense has shown life in the two games since he has returned. While Tagovailoa went over 200 yards passing and the team ran for over 100 yards in each game, both ended in losses on last-second field goals. Heartbreaking defeats to the Arizona Cardinals and Buffalo Bills have Miami facing a must-win situation in LA to hold onto any Wild Card hopes.
Despite winning three straight, LA’s defense is a shell of its Super Bowl self from a few seasons ago. They are in the bottom ten in yards allowed and give up over 24 points per game. While the Rams can score, especially as they have gotten healthier with Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua back in the mix, they will have trouble stopping this Tua-led Miami offense. LA is also 3-5 ATS this season. The SportsGrid model gives Miami on the spread a five-star rating, predicting the Dolphins to win by two points.

Dolphins vs Rams Best Bet Total: OVER 48.5 (-110)
We’ve already talked about how Miami should be able to score on this LA defense and the same goes the other way. The Rams offense has been humming over its three-game win streak. LA has put up 76 points over that stretch, which unsurprisingly correlates with their receiver room getting healthier. The NFL’s 8th-ranked passing attack has been ultra-efficient lately, averaging nearly 290 passing in its past two games. Opening up the air attack only helps ultra-talented back Kyren Williams when LA goes back to the ground game. After a slow start, Williams has been better lately, averaging nearly 90 yards on the ground per game. Expect LA to be able to move the ball against a middle-of-the-road Miami defense, giving up over 23 points per game. Under the bright lights on Monday night, a shootout is going to go down in LA.
Dolphins vs Rams Best Player Props
Matthew Stafford has looked sharp with a full complement of receivers, putting up six touchdown passes in LA’s last two wins. While Miami’s pass defense has been solid, they haven’t been able to get to the quarterback. The Dolphins have just 10 sacks in the year, which is the second-fewest in the NFL. When Stafford has time, he can be one of the most dangerous quarterbacks in football, as he showed when carving up Minnesota’s lauded defense (3rd in NFL in points allowed) a few weeks ago.
Matthew Stafford: Over 250.5 Passing Yards
