Falcons vs. Eagles MNF: 5 Favorite Anytime Touchdown Best Bets

Week 2 of the NFL season finishes tonight as the Philadelphia Eagles will host the Atlanta Falcons, so here are our favorite touchdown props for you to target.

Check out SportsGrid’s NFL game picks and NFL Props Picks all Season Long.

  • How to Approach Saquon Barkley (-175)

Saquon Barkley dominated in his debut with the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 1 in Brazil as he rushed for two touchdowns and caught another, igniting the Eagles’ fanbase and sending the Giants’ fans to more misery. Tonight, making his home debut, it feels right that Saquon will find the endzone, but we want no part of betting on him straight up at -175. We wish we were getting a better number on him to score two touchdowns rather than at +320, so we’ll be betting on him to score a single touchdown alongside an Eagles win at +105.

  • Bijan Robinson (-115)

Bijan Robinson is the focal point of this Falcons’ offense, and they should and will want to get the ball in his hands as much as possible. Last week, he rushed 18 times and made five receptions, which is more than enough volume for us to have confidence in his ability to cross the goal line. I find it hard to believe that with that much volume, he’ll go back-to-back weeks without a touchdown, and with tonight’s projected total sitting at 45.5, there is plenty of value to be had at the -115 price tag.

  • DeVonta Smith (+150)

DeVonta Smith will lead the Eagles’ air attack tonight as AJ Brown is sidelined due to a hamstring injury, opening up the possibility for DeVonta to see at least double-digit targets. Anytime you can get an elite offense’s WR1 at +150 to find the endzone, you must find a way to sprinkle some money in it.

  • Drake London (+240) or Kyle Pitts (+250)?

The Falcons’ offense didn’t look as advertised in Week 1, as the Pittsburgh Steelers were able to draw up a solid game plan to combat their weapons, and Kirk Cousins didn’t get into a groove. Drake London only made two receptions, and Kyle Pitts caught the Falcons’ lone touchdown, but he notoriously hasn’t been a touchdown guy in his NFL career. A ton of points are expected tonight, and both guys are priced nearly equally to find the endzone, but we’ll tout Pitts over London here. I’m not a believer in the anti-touchdown rhetoric surrounding Pitts, as he now has a new quarterback under center, as we saw in Week 1. Still, much of my confidence comes from an emotional factor, with Pitts playing his first game in Philadelphia in front of friends and family as a Philadelphia native. Coaches and quarterbacks fully understand that dynamic, so they’ll make an extra effort to ensure he’s a big part of tonight’s game plan.

  • Longshot: Ray-Ray McCloud (+460)

We can keep this simple as Ray-Ray McCloud led the team in targets with seven as the WR3 in Week 1, and he’s the gadget type of player the Falcons can get very creative with how they use him. Last week, we saw Jayden Reed carve up the Eagles for two touchdowns, and I can see the Falcons watching that film and drawing up creative ways to utilize McCloud, given the Eagles’ notable tackling issues. At +460, this is too good of a price to pass up on.

  • Longshot: Johnny Wilson (+800)

Looking at the Eagles’ wide receiver room tonight, without AJ Brown, they lack the size and physicality at the wide receiver position, paving the way for Johnny Wilson to be on the field a lot in three wide receiver sets. In the red zone, it makes a ton of sense for the Eagles to draw up some plays for Wilson to have jump-ball opportunities with his 6’6" frame, so we love the value we’re getting on him to bring one down at +800.
