Ian Rapoport yesterday, he had a tweet out there about the Steelers and DK Metcalf had to stay overnight in a Baltimore hotel after going to a local hospital following the game. A team spokesman confirmed Metcalf was experiencing stomach pains on a flight, and out of abundance of caution, they kept him there and he's flying back to Pittsburgh today, which obviously was a couple of days ago. But having said that, hey man, we've all been there, right? And by the way, I think the Steelers gave him Pepto during the game, which he had his best game. Game of the season here, but they didn't want to put him on the plane there. A key ingredient here, Joe, maybe a little more fiber in the diet. Like what happened here? What, what happened on the stock issues? Good. Listen, it's that time of year, right? Could have been a little, uh, a little bug, a little something, and they were like good to go. You'll know all you need to know about it though, on whether or not he's on that injury report and questionable come this, uh, coming this Sunday against the Dolphins. I doubt he will be. I think he'll be good to go. By the way, you know, football players, like, we're, we're human beings. Like sometimes you have to go to the bathroom and say, hey, uh, Lamar Jackson's running back into the locker room, like, oh, I hope he's OK. No, he probably had to go to the bathroom like so many people. I can't imagine trying to play at the highest level, Joe, and like, hey, man, stomach's bubbling out here, guys. I ain't feeling too good. And then put on that performance. Unbelievable. Absolutely, it was, and listen, they're gonna need more of that from him, let's be honest, right? They, so whatever this is, you gotta keep giving them the charcoal, whatever it is, keep giving it to them because they're gonna need more of that moving forward. Absolutely. By the way, a couple of tight ends banged up uh this week is also, they're gonna play Miami on Monday Night Football, Joe. Another frigid cold temperature, which you know, the Miami Dolphins don't like. And there's one guy, a quarterback on the other side, and Aaron Rodgers, like, hey man, what's it 2 degrees? Used to this, been playing in this. All my life. So some good stuff there. And DK Metcalf, by the way, explaining from the Steelers themselves, they don't expect him to miss any time, whether he practices early in the week, Joe, that'll be a different result. But yeah, stomach issues, let it rest out there. A little Metamucil, you're back on the field, everything's good. I love it. Yeah, I listen, it, it's, I'm looking forward to seeing this game on Monday because great win for Pittsburgh. They are gonna need him. Uh, you know, that defense of the Dolphins, you can say a lot about that team, whether they're for real or not, but they're believing they're for real, Donnie, and they are gonna have to beat them over the top because they're pretty good against the run.
