Meanwhile, we have the Chargers tonight at home against the Eagles. Monday Night Football to wrap up week 14. Philly is a slight favorite, 2.5 points, but this team has lost its last two games, super inconsistent, especially offensively right now. There's no Lane Johnson to help keep. Jalen Hurts safe, seems like AJ Brown is the only one who might be offering some level of consistency in that offense these days, which is kind of crazy given how we talked about him earlier in the season. What do you think we get tonight? Yeah, Adam, my lean is on the Eagles here, but I'm a little worried about it. Like you mentioned, Lane Johnson being out, that just always hurts the Eagles' offense. Their offensive line doesn't play nearly as well when he's out of the game, and obviously that has an impact just on the entire unit as a whole. They're also without Jaylen Carter on the defensive line, so the Chargers might be able to run the ball a little bit better than usual, but I just look at this Chargers team, and I am worried about Justin Her. In this matchup. They give up a ton of pressure. He's the most pressured quarterback in the league, gets hit a lot. He does a really good job of avoiding sacks. Right now, he is dealing with that injury to his left non-throwing wrist. He's gonna try to play through it by all accounts. Sounds like he's gonna be in the game. I'm just worried that the Eagles are gonna bring a defensive approach that just focuses on trying to hit Herbert as much as they can, rattle him and him knowing that he has kind of that injured hand might impact him as a passer, even though it's his non-throwing hands. So, I just look at it from that perspective. would say, hey, the Eagles probably have the slight edge here, even though they haven't been consistent. We know they have talent, we know they have really good defensive coaching. So I anticipate a low scoring slugfest. I think the Eagles might come out of this with like a 17 to 13 type of win tonight, Adam. Eagles at 8 and 4 right now. They don't officially have that division locked up, but it's pretty close. I don't think the Cowboys are gonna catch them. I don't think Philadelphia is in danger of not being a playoff team as a result. Chargers, they're not gonna catch the Broncos, so you start to think about their wildcard future here at 8 and 4, Houston, Indianapolis, Baltimore, Kansas City, all teams that would love an opportunity to knock out the Chargers. Do you expect a level of urgency from LA or is Herbert's injury potentially too much to overcome? I think there will be some urgency, just knowing that if they win, they're gonna be in the driver's seat for the wild card and really have a big advantage over the Chiefs. But I'm just too worried about that injury. I hate I hate backing quarterbacks their first game after a big injury. So I want to see how Herbert looks before I'm willing to say, yes, he could play through this successfully.
