These are the 5 best teams in football as we speak. Number 5, the Denver Broncos. I'm cool with that. I'm cool with that. I mean, they, they beat everybody, but they're not impressive. They are not impressive. Everybody they beat, they beat on a last second field goal, but the Denver Broncos are still right there, uh, at 11-2 with the best record tied with doing it, of course, in the AFC 10 straight wins, and they are either the 1 seed or the 2 seed, uh, coming into the playoffs. The Denver Broncos are number 5. Number 4, gonna go to the NFC. They're not perfect yet, but they show glimpses of being a problem, and they're in first place, the Green Bay Packers. Yeah, there's a lot to build on. I do question Love in the big moments, his consistency. You can see he might be the best thrower currently in the NFL at times, but he's not consistent. But 9-3 and 1, obviously they just took care of business against Chicago. Great. Game, by the way, Chicago drops down to 9 and 4, so a half game out. But, uh, the Green Bay Packers right now are the 4th-best team in football and they've got the division lead, uh, for the moment. Number 3, only one you could argue with me, and I don't think you're gonna argue with me this week. The third best team in all of football right now are the Houston Texans. See, I would, I can't really argue. I think Houston just knocked Kansas City out, right? And also on this show they're 8 and 5. We'll never find the tape. I predicted them to make the playoffs when they were 0-3. Nobody remembers that. Nobody. It's on the program. He said it on the show, and Ethan made fun of it. The Texans right now are the 7th seed, and they would play the Patriots. Patriots if it ended today, so the Texans have the best defense in the AFC. Stroud's coming back, obviously. They don't run the ball great. Their offensive line isn't great, but man, that defense takes over games. I think the Texans right now are the team to beat in the AFC. The #2 team, the LA Rams. LA Rams right now, uh, seeding-wise, are the #1 seed in the NFC. So. I went chalk on this one. Nothing bad you could say about the Rams. They do everything well, and they're going to be a problem for everybody in the postseason because they've got all the elements of a championship team. The coach, the quarterback, the running game, the wide receivers, they've got it all, which means there's a different team atop the Power 5 this week. And again, this changes every Wednesday. It's all based on performances that we've seen. The number 1 team right now. And they get no love. They get no respect. They're the Rodney Dangerfield of the NFL, but the best team right now, they're not the 1 seed, they're not the 2 seed, they're not the 3 seed, they're not the 4 seed. But they are the 10 and 3 Seattle Seahawks. And the only reason they're not the 1 seed is because they lose the tiebreaker to the Rams. They've got the same record as the best team in the NFC. They are both 10 and 3, but they lose the tiebreaker to the Rams. The Seahawks, they're getting great defense. They run the ball. They've got the wide receiver of the year this year. Year in Jackman Smith and the jigba they've got, uh, Darnold playing his ass off. They're well coached. They are a problem for everyone, and they are my week 14 number 1 team atop the Power 5. That's interesting. They have, and just to add on real fast with them, they have the Colts, and then on a short week it's Rams Seahawks in the rematch for the 1 seed, uh, what, 10 days, 8 days from now, and they end the season with the Niners. And depending on what, you know, the Rams, Seahawks, and San Fran does, that game can be for 3 spots in the NFC, uh, postseason and the number 1 seed overall. So I can't argue with this is a good list this week. Thank you. I, I felt pretty good about it. The Texans are going to the Super Bowl, folks. Let's not sleep on that. I'll tell you another team not to sleep on. If Miami beats Pittsburgh, the Dolphins might go to the playoffs this year.
