We, we talk about who should be booked as favorites, this, that and the third. And just because the team is booked as a favorite does not mean that they are going to win the Super Bowl, and just because you think a team should be booked as the favorite does not mean that you are picking them to win the Super Bowl. So with those clarifiers, the Rams' clear as day should be booked as Super Bowl favorites. A lot of times we like to, ah, if it wasn't race this loss, erase this loss. This team's two losses, the blocked field goal games against Philadelphia and the overtime loss for the Niners where they had a fumble going into the goal line. I listen, I could have, would have should have, right? But they could be 11 and 0. They are dominant both sides of the ball, and if you don't bring it in a certain game on one side, they're gonna let you know you didn't bring it on that side of the ball, and they're gonna do it for 4 quarters. They've got a Super Bowl winning coach quarterback combination. They've got a lot of talent again, whether that be Puka, Jared Verse, Devonte Adams, we know the names. They are the rightful Super Bowl favorites in the Los Angeles Rams. Yeah, absolutely. And again, a, a different team than Philly because they were up big in the second half and in the 3rd quarter late. They're still chucking the football with Matt Stafford. They're still trying to get another score as opposed to just running out the clock and getting out of dodge. And that's the difference when you look at this team right now and the defense has stepped up. Obviously, uh, Jared Verse in that front seven or as active as any, you know, front seven in the NFL. They pounded Baker Mayfield and then Teddy Bridgewater when Mayfield got hurt and they're deserving right now. You know, they, they have a complimentary running back. Blake Korum as a backup to Kyron Williams. Both of those guys can run and catch. Offensive line has protected Matt Stafford throughout the regular season. I mean, this was a, a player we weren't even sure would make it to this point in the season with the herniated disc, right? And here he is having his best year and McVeigh. is one of the best coaches when, when that game plan is working. Oh, he, he'll put up 50 on you. He ain't taking his foot off the gas, and that's the one thing I think when you back the Rams that you have to love big picture that this team is obviously looking for an NFC championship and second Super Bowl title. And I'll say as far as the MVP goes, Stafford's a big favorite. He should be. I, at this point actually would be pretty surprised if he doesn't win it because what you they. I'm not saying there isn't difficulty in the plays, but Stafford and McVeigh, the combination, you know how when you're watching someone try and get the Heisman, you're like, Well, we know what this is gonna be. That's what it looks like when they're inside the 5. They don't even, they don't even call run plays anymore. This kid Kyron Williams is never gonna score another touchdown. The schedule is there. Carolina, Arizona, Detroit, Seattle, Atlanta, Arizona, you're talking about a team booked as favorite in all but one of these games, maybe they'd be booked as favorite in Seattle, who knows how things look by the time we get there. But here's what I also think the Rams are, and I feel bad saying this. I think there's a, they're a bit of a litmus test if we should take seriously. Philly, whether they should have won or lost, really close. Colts close at Texans defense, the real deal. Close. Seattle close. Niners, the one time close. Joey, I know, but the Tampa, you know, is Tampa just a 500 team now? I mean, here's the thing, I know they're injured. 3 games in a row against New England, Buffalo and the Rams, and not one time did they look the level.
