Where to Watch the 2024 NCAA Women’s College World Series: Complete Broadcast Guide

The stage is set for the 2024 NCAA Women’s College World Series, and ESPN will provide exclusive coverage from the first pitch to the championship celebration. The WCWS kicks off on Thursday, May 30, live from Devon Park in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, featuring an exciting five-day, eight-team double-elimination format. The two final teams will clash in a best-of-three championship series beginning on June 5.

Fans can catch all the action on ABC, ESPN, and ESPN2, with every game also available for streaming on ESPN+. This year’s elite field includes Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Oklahoma State, UCLA, Stanford, Duke, and Alabama.

On the Mic For the first five days of the WCWS, two premier commentator teams will deliver all the thrilling moments to fans:

Beth Mowins, known as the Voice of Softball, returns as the play-by-play announcer, joined by two-time Olympic medalist and four-time All-American Jessica Mendoza and two-time Olympic gold medalist and two-time All-American Michele Smith. Emmy Award-winning sideline reporter Holly Rowe will provide insights from the field. This star-studded team has worked together for 17 seasons, with Mowins calling her 30th WCWS, Smith and Rowe their 20th, and Mendoza her 17th. This crew will also cover the entire championship series.

The second elite team includes play-by-play announcer Kevin Brown, two-time All-American Amanda Scarborough, and reporter Alyssa Lang. They will handle the late games from Thursday to Monday. This year marks Scarborough’s ninth year calling the WCWS, Brown’s fourth, while Lang makes her debut as a WCWS reporter.

Studio Coverage WCWS Studio Coverage will originate from Devon Park, offering pre- and post-game insights and analysis throughout the championship. Pam Ward will host alongside analysts Danielle Lawrie and Madison Shipman. Lawrie, a 2010 National Champion at Washington and a bronze medalist with Team Canada at the 2020 Olympics, joins Shipman, a three-time All-American and SEC Player of the Year from the University of Tennessee.

As we head into each game of the championship series, Ward, Lawrie, and Shipman will be joined by Scarborough to prepare viewers for the exciting action ahead.
