It almost feels weird to put a kicker on this list, but with how money Will Reichard has been and the overall lack of big-name play-makers we're used to seeing with Alabama, the shoe fits. Reichard is one of the best kickers in college football history and is the NCAA's career points leader with 539. This year, Reichard is 20 for 23 on field goals, including 3 for 3 from 50 yards or more.
Jalen Milroe - Quarterback
The key to the Alabama Crimson Tide's offense is quarterback Jalen Milroe. When Milroe plays within the system and doesn't try to be a hero, he gives Alabama a great chance to win football games. Milroe didn't quite finish the year as a Heisman finalist, but he was certainly in the conversation. The dual-threat signal-caller finished the year with 2,718 passing yards, 23 passing touchdowns, six interceptions, 468 rushing yards, and 12 rushing touchdowns.

If you weren't familiar with Isaiah Bond's game before the Iron Bowl against Auburn, you certainly were after. Bond made a season-saving catch to help lead the Crimson Tide to a victory. If Bond hadn't made that grab, the Crimson Tide would have likely been on the outside looking in for the College Football Playoff. Bond finished the year with a team-high 44 receptions, along with 621 receiving yards and four touchdowns.
Jermaine Burton - Wide Receiver
There's a definite case to be made that wideout Jermaine Burton is this offense's most explosive pass catcher. Although Burton didn't lead the team in receptions, he did lead them in receiving yards (777) and touchdowns (8). Burton has the ability to be a deep threat but also a high-end red-zone target for the Crimson Tide.
Jase McClellan - Running Back
When the Crimson Tide have been effective offensively in 2023, they've run the ball at a high clip, and that doesn't include just Jalen Milroe. Jase McClellan has been a big part of their ground attack, and even though he missed the SEC Championship against Georgia, the expectation is he'll be ready for the semifinals. McClellan registered 166 carries for 803 yards and six rushing touchdowns in 2023.
