We're getting Brian Harman at a discounted price because of his inconsistencies this season. Still, he won the Open Championship last year, and the weather forecast is poor for the week, lining up well with the brand of golf he plays. Harman ran away with the tournament last year, and although it's unlikely we'll see anyone do the same this time, his price is too reasonable to pass up.
