The 21-year-old right-hander has been dominant since earning a promotion to Triple-A, where he’s posted 17 strikeouts over 13 scoreless innings. Chandler’s mid-to-high 90s fastball is complemented by a deep arsenal of secondary pitches, and his improved command has taken his game to the next level.

With his natural talent and ability to make adjustments, Chandler is on the fast track to joining the Pirates’ rotation, potentially as soon as 2025. The sky’s the limit for this young pitcher.

10. Noah Schultz – LHP, Chicago White Sox (+19)
Standing tall at 6’9”, Noah Schultz has become one of the most exciting left-handed pitching prospects in baseball. After starting the season as the top-ranked lefty on our list, Schultz has vaulted to the No. 13 spot overall, making him the second-highest pitching prospect behind Jackson Jobe.

Schultz earned a promotion to Double-A in May and has been dominant ever since, posting a 1.59 ERA across 12 starts. While control remains an area of improvement, particularly with hit batters, Schultz’s mix of size, deception, and an outstanding slider makes him a future top-of-the-rotation candidate. 9. Thomas White – LHP, Miami Marlins (+23)
Thomas White has quickly established himself as one of the Miami Marlins' most promising young arms. After a strong start in Single-A, White earned a promotion to High-A, where he’s continued to impress. With a 2.78 ERA and a 3.20 FIP over 81 innings this season, White has shown an advanced feel for his three-pitch mix, including a fastball, changeup, and slider. His strikeout rate has increased while his walk rate has decreased since his promotion, and he’s allowed just four home runs all year.

At just 19 years old, White has plenty of room to grow, but his performance this season suggests he has the tools to become a reliable No. 2 starter at the MLB level in the near future.
8. Ryan Clifford – 1B, New York Mets (+26)
Ryan Clifford has been on a tear since being promoted to Double-A, solidifying his status as one of the top rising prospects in the Mets organization. Acquired in the Justin Verlander trade, Clifford has hit 14 home runs and 16 doubles over 74 games, showcasing impressive power from the left side of the plate. While his 29.3% strikeout rate is a concern, his 15.6% walk rate indicates a patient approach that could serve him well as he advances.

The 19-year-old shortstop has been a standout performer in the Tigers' system, earning a promotion to High-A after dominating at Single-A. Despite facing tougher competition, McGonigle has continued to display exceptional contact skills and plate discipline, walking more than he struck out in his first 57 plate appearances at High-A.

A recent hand injury has temporarily sidelined him, but McGonigle’s ability to consistently make contact and get on base makes him one of the most promising young hitters in the minors. 6. Brandon Sproat – RHP, New York Mets (+32)
