2025 NBA Playoffs: Sunday Best 2-Leg Parlay Bet

The NBA Playoffs are well underway, with the first round concluding on Sunday night. The Houston Rockets have stormed back from a 3-1 series deficit and host the Golden State Warriors in a decisive Game 7 at the Toyota Center. But not before the Cleveland Cavaliers and Indiana Pacers tip off the second round at Rocket Arena.

We’ve got you covered for betting purposes, highlighting our favorite picks from both contests in our two-game parlay!

Leg 1: Warriors Moneyline +115

The Warriors’ series lead has quickly evaporated and their odds of advancing to the second round have taken a hit. Nevertheless, we like their chances of pulling off an upset win in tonight’s Game 7 in Houston.

Over the last two games, Golden State’s defense has fallen flat. They gave up 131 points on 55.1% shooting in Game 5, allowing 115 on 44.9% shooting last time out. That downward trajectory is a promising sign, and a trend that should continue as the Warriors lean into their improved defensive structure.

At the same time, the Warriors are due for a massive swing in offensive fortunes. Over the same two-game span, Golden State is shooting just 41.5% from the field. Moreover, they haven’t shot above 44.0% since Game 1. Credit to the Rockets’ defense for keeping the Dubs in check, but we’re predicting a spike in Golden State’s shooting percentage in Game 7.

The Warriors are a battle-tested squad that knows how to win. Houston deserves a ton of credit for getting back to its defensive ways, but Golden State will be too much to handle on Sunday. The line continues to drop, but we still see an edge in backing the Dubs to pull off the upset.

Where to Watch Indiana Pacers vs. Cleveland Cavaliers

  • Arena: Rocket Arena
  • Location: Cleveland, OH
  • Where to Watch: TNT, truTV
  • Time: 6:00 p.m. ET
  • Spread: CLE -8| Total: 229.5
  • Moneyline: CLE -350 | IND +275
  • Pacers vs. Cavaliers Matchup Page

Leg 2: IND-CLE Under 229.5

The Pacers and Cavaliers have both had a preference for high-scoring games this postseason, but this total has reached a breaking point. After opening at 226.5, this total has ratcheted up to 229.5 as we approach tip-off. In doing so, a prevailing edge on the under has emerged.

Indiana went over the total in three of five opening-round games but needed some luck to get there. In Game 5 versus the Milwaukee Bucks, they combined for just 206 points through the opening 48 minutes, before 31 overtime points pushed the contest over the 222-point total. Moreover, in games where the total was 227 or higher, the Pacers were 2-1 to the under.

The Cavs had no problem sailing over the total in three of four first-round matchups against the defensively inept Miami Heat. Still, Cleveland will face a much stiffer challenge versus the Pacers. Indiana held the Bucks to an average of 112.7 points over the last three games of the series, on 44.8% shooting from the field.

Both of these teams rank in the top half of the league in defensive efficiency. Further, low-scoring games have been a common thread through the postseason. There may be a middle play for sharp bettors, but at the current line, we are making a play on the under.

2025 NBA Playoffs Sunday’s Parlay Picks

  • Warriors Moneyline +115
  • IND-CLE Under 229.5

We are counting on the Warriors’ experience to be a deciding factor in their Game 7 versus the Rockets. Additionally, the total in Cleveland has inflated too high, creating an edge on the under. Parlaying those picks could return bettors a profitable +310 on their investment.
