The Philadelphia 76ers hit the road for a Wednesday night showdown against the Denver Nuggets. Philadelphia’s 15-26 start to the season has been the exact opposite of what was expected of them entering this season. On a six-game losing streak, the 76ers will be looking to steal a win on the road to get back on the right track. Meanwhile, the Nuggets have seemingly put their struggles in the past, winning seven of their last 10 games.

76ers vs Nuggets Best Bet: 76ers ML +590
The 76ers enter this matchup as the heavy underdogs, and understandably so. Nick Nurse’s squad has looked terrible over the last couple of weeks, and they’ll need to turn things around quickly if they hope to get back in the playoff race. With Philly’s players understanding the importance behind this upcoming stretch, they’ll likely come out swinging in Denver. The 76ers have the talent to compete with any team, and they’ve already knocked off contenders multiple times this season. Give me Philadelphia to pull off the upset on the road.
76ers vs Nuggets Best Total Bet: Over 230.5
Both squads have the firepower to score points quickly. Denver’s offense has seemingly elevated to another level recently as Michael Malone’s squad has found a winning recipe with their new rotation. As for Philly, the talent is there, but the results haven’t been. However, if the 76ers hope to steal a win on the road, they’ll need to keep pace with the Nuggets, which they have the talent to do. That said, I’ll bite on Philadelphia’s offense, finding a spark on Tuesday to knock off Denver with a final score of 122-117 as a realistic outcome.
76ers Best Player Bet: Paul George 6+ Assists +170
Paul George has found his groove in Philadelphia’s lineup over the last few games, which could bode well for the 76ers on the road. However, with Denver likely prioritizing getting the ball out of George’s hands, the star forward could resort to his facilitating abilities to keep the Sixers’ offense rolling. With 6+ assists in three of his last five games, I’ll take the odds on the Fresno State hitting the mark again.
Nuggets Best Player Bet: Jamal Murray 3+ Made Threes +145
Jamal Murray struggled at the start of the season while dealing with a shooting slump, but over the last week, the Kentucky product has shot himself back into a rhythm. Shooting 38.2% from three on the season, it wouldn’t be shocking to see the guard have a strong shooting performance in a big game. Especially considering the volume of threes Murray takes per game (5+ in five straight games).
