Indiana Pacers @ Boston Celtics Game 1 Analysis & +1000 SGP

The NBA Conference Finals begin tonight in the East as the Indiana Pacers will look to continue their unexpected playoff run against the perceived unbeatable Boston Celtics. Coming off an incredible Game 7 showing in Madison Square Garden against the New York Knicks, not only do the Pacers need to stay hot from beyond the arc, but they need to expose the Celtics’ limited interior presence with Kristaps Porzingis still sidelined. Boston cannot afford to get in their own way, so tonight should be revealing for both sides.

Tonight will be great, so we have everything laid out for you and a +1000 ultimate same-game parlay.

Let’s have ourselves a night!

Pacers-Celtics +1000 SGP

Dunk on the sportsbooks tonight! SportsGrid’s free NBA picks, NBA props, and NBA SGPs.

Legs 1, 2, & 3: Jayson Tatum 25+ Points, 8+ Rebounds, 5+ Assists

Jayson Tatum reached these thresholds in the three final games of the Celtics’ second-round series, but we’re looking to his regular season numbers against the Pacers for confidence. In four meetings, Tatum averaged 32.5 points, 11.0 rebounds, and 5.8 assists, so we’ll trust that his previous production carries over tonight on the biggest stage.

Leg 4: Jaylen Brown 20+ Points

Jaylen Brown only surpassed the 20-point mark in three of five games in the second-round series, but in the regular season, he averaged 31.5 points in four games against the Pacers, where he played at least 30 minutes. Given the slight drop-off in scoring in the postseason, we won’t expect a near 30-point showing, but we expect a strong showing of at least 20 points.

Leg 5: Jrue Holiday 4+ Rebounds

Jrue Holiday grabbed at least five rebounds in all five regular-season meetings with the Pacers this year, so we don’t see why he shouldn’t grab at least four rebounds tonight.

Leg 6: Tyrese Haliburton 15+ Points

We have seen Tyrese Haliburton be wildly inconsistent as a scorer, but he needs to give us at least 15 points tonight if the Pacers want to pull off the upset. Anything short of 15 points is inexcusable.

Leg 7: Andrew Nembhard 4+ Assists

We’ll keep this leg short, as Andrew Nembhard has dished out at least four assists in eleven consecutive games. That’s good enough for me!

Leg 8: Aaron Nesmith 4+ Rebounds

To close out our parlay, we’ll look to Aaron Nesmith for four rebounds, like he did in six of seven games in the second-round series. As a bonus, he grabbed 12 rebounds in the final regular-season meeting with the Celtics.
