New York Knicks @ Indiana Pacers Game 6 Analysis & +1550 SGP

Game 6 between the Indiana Pacers and New York Knicks is set for tonight. The Knicks now hold a commanding 3-2 series lead after sweeping out the Pacers in New York on Tuesday night. Indiana won both games on their home floor this series. Do they have enough in the tank to force a Game 7, or was the Knicks’ dominant win in Game 5 enough to deliver a much-needed gut punch? It remains to be seen, but tonight will be a battle.

Knicks-Pacers +1550 SGP

Dunk on the sportsbooks tonight! SportsGrid’s free NBA picks, NBA props, and NBA SGPs.

Leg 1: Myles Turner 15+ Points

Myles Turner has had an up-and-down series, surpassing the 15-point mark in three of five games. If we dig deeper, his poor shooting night in Game 2 can be brushed aside. The Game 4 blowout resulted in him playing just 26 minutes, causing him to finish with just 13 points. This game will be a nail-biter, and assuming he isn’t cold from the field, he’ll have ample opportunities to surpass the 15-point mark again.

Leg 2: Tyrese Haliburton 3+ Threes

If we look at Tyrese Haliburton’s dominant stretch from Game 2 to Game 4, his numbers from beyond the arc were 7/11, 6/16, and 4/10. He struggled mightily in Games 1 and 5, but returning home tonight with the season on the line will hopefully bring out Haliburton’s best. If he is playing like his usual self, there should be no issue with him knocking down at least three threes.

Leg 3: Andrew Nembhard 4+ Assists

Andrew Nembhard has dished out at least four assists in nine straight games, which is all we need!

Leg 4: Aaron Nesmith 4+ Rebounds

Aaron Nesmith has grabbed at least four rebounds in four of five games this series, most recently having just four rebounds in Game 5. He played less than 30 minutes and found himself in foul trouble. This gives us a ton of upside on this play, as in a typical 35-minute workload, Nesmith should be looking at more like six rebounds on his stat line.

Leg 5: Jalen Brunson 5+ Assists

Jalen Brunson has had at least five assists in all eleven of the Knicks’ postseason games. I don’t think there is too much for us to worry about with this leg.

Leg 6: Isaiah Hartenstein 4+ Assists

Isaiah Hartenstein has racked up at least four assists in the four games in this series where he played at least 30 minutes. He was pivotal to the Knicks’ success in Game 5, racking up 17 rebounds and five assists. I don’t think we can expect his minutes to take a hit.

Leg 7: Miles McBride 2+ Threes

Miles McBride’s role has increased over the past three games, and given how well he has played, it’s fair to expect that he’ll play 30 minutes tonight. He’s drilled at least two threes in all three games, so we don’t envision that changing tonight. If he’s out there, he’ll have the green light from deep.

Legs 8 & 9: Josh Hart 1+ Three, 10+ Rebounds

Josh Hart has combined to hit a single three and grab at least ten rebounds in four of five games this series, with the one miss being the Knicks’ Game 4 disaster. If we compare tonight’s game to the Knicks’ Game 6 against the Philadelphia 76ers, he brought the intensity needed to finish off the 76ers, finishing with three threes and 14 rebounds. I expect a similar effort tonight.
