Legs 1 & 2: Brandon Ingram 15+ Points & 6+ Rebounds
To kick off our parlay, we’ll double up on Brandon Ingram first by expecting him to give us at least 15 points. He’s averaged 22.7 points through three games, beating the 15-point mark twice, with the one miss being a 14-point outing on Sunday where he still took 17 shots from the field. If I get that volume from him again tonight, he’ll be due for some positive regression, so I’ll count on him to put together a strong outing. Additionally, we’ll look for him to grab us six rebounds as he’s recorded at least seven rebounds in all three games this season, averaging 13.3 rebounds chances per game. The Warriors won’t be playing with much size in the paint tonight, so Ingram should be able to control the glass as he wishes.
Leg 3: CJ McCollum 3+ Threes
CJ McCollum has been the Pelicans’ most potent scorer to start the season, averaging 23.3 points and drilling at least three shots from beyond the arc in all three games. He’s averaging ten attempts from deep per game, so I like my chances of him going 3-10 from deep at worst.
Leg 4: Zion Williamson 4+ Assists
Zion Williamson is being ramped up cautiously as he’s played just 28 and 29 minutes in both games thus far, but he’s still recorded at least four assists in both games. I can see him facilitating plenty as a point forward tonight and playing more downhill against this Warriors’ defense. I don’t have any issues expecting him to give us four dimes.
Legs 5 & 6: Jonathan Kuminga 15+ Points & 4+ Rebounds
Stephen Curry has already been ruled out, and Andrew Wiggins is also expected out for the Warriors. That puts a ton of stress on Jonathan Kuminga to lead the charge offensively. Like the rest of the Warriors, his minutes have been all over the place to start the season. Still, if they’re serious about not embarrassing themselves on national television, he’ll play 30 minutes at the bare minimum. With that workload as the offense’s focal point, expecting him to score 15 points and grab four rebounds should be a given.
Leg 7: Buddy Hield 3+ Threes
Buddy Hield has had the green light from deep out of the gate for the Warriors, as in just 21 minutes of action per game, he’s averaged 8.3 attempts from deep. Given the injuries, his minutes will increase tonight, so I’d be shocked if he didn’t attempt at least ten threes. Like with McCollum, I’ll take my chances on him going 3-10.
Leg 8: Draymond Green 4+ Assists
As Steve Kerr will be missing Curry and Wiggins, he’ll put a lot of faith in Draymond Green to facilitate his offense. We’ll look for him to give us four assists, as we’re hoping for big offensive nights from Kuminga and Hield. Let’s ride!
