Keyshawn Hall is no stranger to the transfer portal as he’s played for three teams throughout his first three years of college basketball. The Ohio native spent this past season at UCF, averaging 18.8 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 2.4 assists in 33 starts. Now, Hall enters the portal once again, where he’s expected to be a top target for multiple top teams.
