49ers vs. Bills

- Where to Watch: NBC/Peacock
- Spread: Bills -6.5, Moneyline: Bills -330, Total: 44.5
49ers vs. Bills Best Bet: 49ers +6.5
The Bills want to protect their home field and improve to 6-0 at home on the season. However, the Niners enter this game in desperate need of a win. In a game where the coaching battle between Kyle Shanahan and Sean McDermott could be a deciding factor, this matchup could come down to the final possession. That said, while this game could be a defensive battle or a shootout, it won’t be a shock to see the 49ers upset the Bills. And even if they can’t, there’s a good chance that San Francisco can keep the deficit less than seven points.
49ers vs. Bills Best Total Bet: Over 44.5
The 49ers enter this matchup averaging 23.6 points per game, trailing the Bills, who average 29.1. Both squads have an explosive offense, but their defenses have proven to be no joke as well. Nonetheless, in what could be a fun matchup, it would be hard to see the total score not exceed 45 points. A final score of 31-27 seems like a more than realistic outcome.
49ers Best Player Bet: Christian McCaffrey 2+ Touchdowns +460
The Niners received a big boost when their star running back, Christian McCaffrey, got back on the active roster a few weeks back. And while the playmaker has been a lift to the offense, he’s yet to have the impact on the game he’s used to since joining the team. However, that could all change against the Bills in a big-time matchup. Despite not having a single touchdown on the season yet, a primetime matchup on Sunday Night Football seems to be the ideal place for McCaffrey to return to his former self.
Bills Best Player Bet: Khalil Shakir 60+ Receiving Yards +102
Khalil Shakir has emerged as a primary passing option through the start of the season. The Boise State product is up to 599 receiving yards and two touchdowns on the season, and as of late, he’s been a target machine in Buffalo’s passing game. Shakir has exceeded the 60+ receiving yard mark five times this season and could be in line to do it again on Sunday.
