Will Mike Tomlin Return?
It's nearly impossible to envision the Pittsburgh Steelers firing Mike Tomlin. It seems that every offseason lately, there are rumors about teams potentially wondering about offering the Steelers a trade for their prized head coach. It's hard to see that transpiring either, barring some unforeseen circumstances. Tomlin deserves his fair share of criticism, even if he's never had a losing season as Steelers head coach. For a franchise with the standard of the Steelers, losing six postseason games in a row is unacceptable. In saying that, all the blame can't be directed toward Tomlin. There's plenty to go around throughout this organization.
Will Russell Wilson be the Starting Quarterback?
The biggest question the Steelers have to face this offseason revolves around the quarterback position. Will Russell Wilson be the starting quarterback in 2025? Will Justin Fields return? Will both quarterbacks return? This draft class isn't exactly littered with quarterbacks, and the Steelers have long been stuck in a difficult position, never being bad enough to tank but never being good enough to compete for a Super Bowl. As a result, their options are limited unless there's a trade out of left field that makes sense. It's hard to see an option that screams success for 2025.

Will Najee Harris Return as Starting Running Back?
With the Steelers declining Najee Harris's fifth-year option, the former Alabama running back is expected to head to free agency. The numbers are solid at a glance, but the Steelers might be wise to give Jaylen Warren the reins in their backfield and sign a veteran for a lower cap hit. Warren is explosive and an elite pass-protector. As much as Harris has value in this offense, they'd be better off investing his cap hit elsewhere.

How Will the Steelers Address Their Wide Receiver Room?
We know what George Pickens brings as the Steelers' top wide receiver. Behind Pickens, there are a lot of question marks as to what the Steelers will do to address a glaring need this offseason. Whether the Steelers opt to use a top pick in the 2025 NFL Draft on a wideout or head to free agency, they must address this head-on and upgrade their room.

Will the Steelers Keep Their Coordinators?
You have to wonder if it was smoke and mirrors from the Steelers' offense and defense this season. There were times when both were flowing, but rarely simultaneously. Arthur Smith and Teryl Austin have some real questions to answer, and it's fair to wonder if we'll see both of them return in 2025. I think Smith is likelier to return out of the two, but that will depend on whether he lands a head coaching gig. Austin has had enough time to make his stamp on the Steelers' defense, and I think this unit has taken a step back under him.
